Near Train Station, accessible to all tourists spots. Friendly Staff. Very near to Supermarket and restaurants. Big rooms and big comfortable bed. Love the Espresso machine and electric Kettle. I really did have a good and comfortable stay.

Not soundproof. You can hear the noise from the other room or when somebody’s coming/going down the stairs.

Hotel: positioned very well near the center of the city, with public transportation at 5 minutes walk (tram and subway). Supermarket near the hotel, 1-2 minutes walk, also some different restaurants near it where you could enjoy a meal and a beer. Room: Big confort room, with all the facilities needed. Room was clean and it was cleaned every day (changed towels, empty the trash). Very good breakfast served in the room at the time mentioned one day before, or at the check-in. Even if the room hasn't air conditioning, there was also a fan in the room available, but even if the weather outside was very hot during our stay, in the room the temperature was just right, even if the fan was bot used. Staff was very helpful, and answered positive to all our requests.

It was a good location not too far from Vienna city centre. We used Uber to get into the city. The location was quite at night. Good supermarket less the a 3 minute walk.

There wasn't a kitchen area in the property. Only coffee/tea facilities were available. This is a location where eating out is the only option.

Big room, incredible breakfast tray brought to our room in the morning. Convenient location to walk to city center, but a tram was also close by.

The lights in the hallway stairs leading up to our room were broken, so it was dark, and the stairs are rather narrow and twisty. Need to get those fixed! Entrance was a little hard to find.

The daily breakfast was great and we particularly liked our themed room (Klimt). The rooms are spacious and, even though it’s not in the historic heart of the city, it’s easy to access all that you might want to see using the nearby tram, or city wide bike and e-scooter rental apps

The bathroom had some drainage and ventilation issues. We neglected to note that the rooms are not air conditioned so we had to keep windows open to cool the room, this made it a little noisy at night sometimes.

This room is spacious, separated into 3 sections. Very useful for business trips, there is a decent desk, and adequate space for hanging your clothes. Bed is in a separate room. Bathroom very clean and tidy. The highlight is a Nespresso machine, with new capsules every day.

There is really not anything not to like.

Great place! Super convenient location as its located about a 5 min walk to the U4 station and 20 min walk to the centre of the Inner Stadt. Clean and cosy!

The kettle could have been a little cleaner. The shower room would not contain water and leaked over to the floor

A huge place for 2 people, in the most calm district, 20 minutes from the center. Great breakfast: included eggs, meat, vegetables and season fruits, orange juice and coffee. Everything we needed for a short stay but it’s a convenient place for staying for a longer period

Staff were great, super apologetic for the delay in check-in. You get a suite really rather than just a room. Wish I'd booked this initially rather than the hostel i was in originally.

Some of the fixtures and fittings are loose/ageing. Check-in was delayed for an hour as the room hadn't been cleaned. Aircon would have been a nice bonus

We highly recommend this hotel!! We stayed there for 3 nights before our departure and loved every second of it! First, the stuff is very accommodating and warm, they helped with every request and were very kind all the time. Second the food was brought to the room and included everything you need for a nice start of the day. Third the room was clean and had all the needed utilities. Overall we had an amazing experience, thank you Vox😁
