I really liked the neighbourhood, if you want to take a walk, you can easily get to the city centre. The room was very clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. They let us keep our car in the garage until 15 pm after our check-out wich is really great and I appreciated. Breakfast is until 10:30.

I didn't liked the garage, it is too small, and it is hard to get out if you are parked on the side with the entry, it's pretty clear that they forced this garage to fit as much cars as it's possible, without thinking of functionality. I think for a garage you pay 20€/night you should have more room, and not be afraid you will hit your car, or can't take out your luggage easily from the car. Mind you, we have a little car, I can't imagine how it is to have a 4x4. I also didn't liked that although it is a 4 stars Hotel, they don't give you slippers, or a sewing kit, shower cap, etc.

The hotel staff was great, they first recommended some local food delivery services when we arrived and all supermarkets or nearby restaurants were closed, then they provided glasses and slippers when we asked for them. The location of the hotel was also very good and within a slightly longer walking distance from the historical city center, also pretty close to the metro station that can take you to and from the airport - that was actually a major consideration for picking the hotel since you can get to it by first taking the train from the Airport to a station called Handelskai then just change lines and take the U6 Metro until Wahringer Strasse and finally walk the rest of the way (we wanted to avoid multiple tranfers and walking between the transfer points)

We stayed in the studio which is plenty of space for two adults and two children under 3. Free bottled water and coffee is a nice touch! Late checkout at 12 is fantastic and the breakfast is really good with plenty of hot and cold food and fresh fruit! This was the second time we stayed here and we will stay again next time where in Wien!

If the restaurant would be open for dinner it would be amazing for a family with small children to relax and not have to worry about finding a place to eat in the evenings.

The hotel has a very fair price for the quality. Rooms are pleasantly modern furnished and spacious. The breakfast is very good. Staff is friendly. All in all, I like the hotel and can recommend it. I would book it again. The hotel staff advices parking 600 m away at the university for 5 Euro per day, which is very good.

The cleanliness in the rooms has potential for improvement. Hairs from others are left in the bathroom, there is dust under the bed and in corners in the bathroom. Especially in corona times, this should have greater attention, even when considering the otherwise very good price for the room. Apart from this, no complaints.

Nice hotel to stay in Wien, close to the city center and not so fat to Schloss Schönbrunn. Close to tram stop and U-bahn. The room was clean and nice, with a big comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and modern, with a spacious shower cabin. In the room was quiet. The breakfast was complete, always fresh and tasty. Good coffee. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. The building looks historical from outside, but everything is modern inside. The area is friendly and calm.

The room was quite tight and the bathroom was small. The beakfast could me more diversified - everyday is the same. The water in bottles was only in a first day. The stuff could add two bottles everyday. We had to pay for water next days. We had a problem with a payment by card. In TV there was only German channels. There was no bar in hotel.

Location wise it is away from central Vienna, but it is quite well connected via tram D with the stop only a 5 minute or so walk that will take you to central in around 15 minutes. Modern up to date rooms, friendly staff, breakfast is good, a very good night's sleep as the surrounding area is residential.

The only thing was the shower drain, it seems as though it was partially blocked as the water from the shower took a long time to drain and there was a strange smell after having a shower. Truth be told, we didn't mention this to the staff at reception as it wasn't a huge bother personally for us as we spent most of the day outside and by the time we came back in the evenings/nights, the smell wasn't there anymore, although I could imagine for some of you reading this, it would be a huge deal, and some of you like me won't care! Still book this hotel if you don't mind being away from central Vienna and are happy to catch a tram and get there and want a a nice spacious modern room away from the hustle and bustle of Vienna.

Location was excellent... close to amenities and restaurants. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Staff was very friendly. I should tell that during one of the housekeeping day the lady that clean our room broke a perfume bottle. Next day I got a email from the manager telling me about the situation and asking me how to compensate us for that. They ended up giving us a free ride to the airport. We were very impressed for their honesty.

Bedroom and bathroom were very spacious and modern. Beds were so comfortable too, overall I was very delighted. The breakfast was the best I had in hotel with such price, had so many options and the staff were refilling food all the time. We stayed only for one night in July, so we paid 5700 CZK (240€) for three people including breakfast, however we’d choose more affordable hotel if we’d stay longer in Vienna. Check-in took around 10-15 mins though, I think there was some technical problem and the staff could only use one computer. But we didn’t have any other issues in hotel, so I would definitely recommend staying there and I would choose it again! There was a garage in hotel but we parked on street besides the hotel, because it is free on the weekends. The streets around hotel are very quiet and it takes around 5 minutes to get to the nearest tram stop and a little further there’s a metro station.

Personal was very kind, everything we needed to know was explained to us. Room was a bit tiny, but still very nice, it was perfect clean. Bathroom was clean, shower worked without issues and all the necessities were there. Location is close to tram stops, U6 metro line etc. Breakfast was great with more than enough choices for everyone to choose from. What surprised me was that there were vegan choices as well as lactose free milk f.e 10/10
