I always stay at this Arcotel whenever I visit Vienna. The staff are really helpful and the location is perfect for me! I get to live right inside the Donauzentraum. Most people do not even know there is an Arcotel located there. Great job! The staff and the breakfast are real nice too.

Just the walk to and from the Metro which is not kind at all. One of those days I wore the wrong shoes for that walk and it was horrid. Also, they should have a frequent user system for rewards for frequent stay or when you recommend someone.

The breakfast wasn't incredible but wasn't horrible either. Just very European (eggs will be the only hot thing). The rooms were great and surprisingly large - had expected much smaller. The quality is also right up there, except for the beds (below). Location is awesome. there's a tram nearby and the Underground not too far off, and it feels like it's located in the Westfield Mall so shopping and burgers 2 mins away.

The wifi is legit the WORST I have ever used. It really felt like we didn't have connection most of the time, and when there was it was slow enough that videos on Twitter wouldn't load. The beds are not bad, but it's like two beds squished together vs. one queen bed. That ridge in the middle will be felt. There aren't coffee or even water stations in the room, but I found out there's a dispenser in the lobby right outside the lift so the walk down is the only inconvenience (vs not being able to drink cold water at all unless you buy it yourself)

Really lovely room, very functional, spacious, lovely shower, I like the intelligent storage solutions. I highly recommend it here. The staff were very friendly and helpful, thanks to everyone who works so hard to make this stay so good. There is a beautiful terrace with vegetables and plants, which is lovingly looked after, and always open. The hotel also looks after sustainability, has a great bee project, which you should absolutely support. I recommend this place.

The hotel is located in a wonderful location and is connected to both public transportation and a shopping center and the possibility of getting from the airport and back to the airport quickly and easily. The treatment we received, including the service and assistance, exceeded all our expectations. The dining room, the variety of food and drinks were of a high standard. The cleanliness of the room and its arrangement were meticulous and we enjoyed our stay in the rooms very much. I recommend to anyone who wants to hold a conference, a meeting and most importantly to be accommodated at a very good level not to miss it. The value was worth the cost of the stay and I will recommend the place to my friends.

The locatin, the close train statin , the food

Breakfast was great, wide variety to chose from, location was excellent near the metro station and airport bus directly outside the hotel. The staff were so nice and helpfull. A big thankyou to Gabriela at reception who went out of her way to help us and gave us great advice on our visit. We will definitely stay at the Arcotel if we get back to Vienna.

We stayed for 5 nights. Location is near U-ban and shopping mall, nice modern design, good breakfast will surely will come back.

Staff could be more friendly (ex greeting guests in dining hall, there was a particular female staff who was angrily banging cups and plates every morning the whole time when tidying up at the breakfast time. I thought that very unprofessional. All guests used to stare at her but she wouldn't stop). Sometimes the room doesn't get cleaned properly and you would see the dust on the shelves. Securing parking slot downstairs in the garage could be problematic sometimes due to limited space.

The location of the hotel was good - near to the metro and Donauzentrum shopping. The room was spacious and clean, the personal very friendly.

There were only german-language TV programs available. There were no coffee-tea facilities in the room and due to the big medical conference in the same time, the price of the room was too high. The menu of the breakfast was quite limited and more on the continental breakfast side.

The location of the hotel is further away from the Ringtrasse area, however there is a metro station very close by, which makes it much easier to move around the city. It is located next to a shopping complex, with a good variety of stores and food. Hotel staff very helpful with our needs, good-sized room with good features, satisfactory breakfast with quality products. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

The room was good and clean.. The restaurant staff is good and friendly.. The location of the hotel is very good, close to all transportation, and it is attached to a shopping center with many shops and restaurants.

as 4 Stars ⭐ the room miss a minibar and a water boiler. The Reception staff is OK but really need to smile and give full details information .

The breakfast was very yummy with so many choices. The best part was the front desk staff, I had a dental emergency while staying at the hotel. The staff not only called the dentist office for me they located the office, gave me clear instructions on how to get there and back using the underground. And then supplied me with ice when I returned! They were very caring and efficient.
