Perfectly clean, confortable apartment, new district, proximity to metro station (1 minute by walk).

Bad isolation insade of apartment. Between two apartments instead of complete wall from the back side there were locked doors as a separation. We should speak quitely all three days of our staying and that was frustrated. We could easily hear each voice from the other side. For the first time we faced this issue as a frequent travalers. Apart of this fact everything else was perfectly organized including parking place in the garage.

Very good location in the new district of Vienna - Seestadt. In 100m from apartment there is Seepark around Asperner lake, where it was very comfortable to walk with our dog every morning and evening. Also, in 100m from apartment, there is the subway station Seestadt, so far it is the last/first station on U2 line, if you go from/to Vienna's center. From here to the city center is just 25 mins, the trains go quite often and, because it is the 1st station, it is easy to find free seats for all family members. The new repaired apartment is located in building 2020-year construction and equipped with everything what we need: LCD TV, two comfortable beds with two bedside tables, wardrobe, dinner table with two chairs, commode, kitchen with coffee machine (two coffee capsules were included as compliment to guests), refrigerator, MW oven, kettle, hot plate, all kitchen stuff. Everything is clean, enough space for two people, Bathroom with shower is quite big, everything was working fine. Internet was good, the reception staff was friendly with us and explained all we needed and provided Vienna's map. Car parking is located in one of neighbor building and it is free for guests. Easy to get parking card and find parking place. All instructions how to get access to building, apartment, parking area were sent to us via message and there was not any problem to come in.

It will be better to have additional lightning above kitchen table and hot plate. The racks for drying of kitchen stuff after washing is required.

Wonderful place like an oasis in desert. Completly new buildings and new flats or should I say a new town block - small district. It seems that architekts made one excellent job.

Very far away from city center... Due constraction works U-bahn line doesn't operate to Seestadt till september 2022 so you must take a bus...

Very nice and quiet quarter, great for family or couples. Although it is far from old Vienna, U2 U-bahn station is very close (100m) and subway is running every 5-10 mins until midnight. Hofer and Spar stores are very close and garage is excellent. Apartment was clean and nice. Great and responsive staff and keyless/contactless arrangement.

Uncomfortable bed mattress. One side of bed was much worse than other (2 smaller mattress instead of one big). Also some room slippers could be useful.

The place was superb. This district, 22, also known as Seestadt, is a newly built neighborhood from scratch. Everything is impeccable, with a supermarket, subway station, and covered parking garage just a few steps away. It surpasses any Airbnb in the more central areas of Vienna. The U2 subway line terminates here, so you'll never experience crowding, and the connections are excellent, allowing you to reach any part of Vienna in 20-30 minutes. The apartment is beautiful, relatively modern, the bathroom is clean, and the TV is smart. There is ample storage space in the apartment. We stayed in apartment 20, and the Wi-Fi was speedy. Additionally, the easy access to both the apartment and the building via codes was convenient, as we didn't have physical keys to worry about.

Can't say there were things we didn't like, as our stay was perfect. However, we'd like to point out areas for potential improvement to make the experience even better. There was only one wine glass available in the kitchen, and essential ingredients like salt and pepper were missing. Also, the shower in the bathroom has a design issue, causing water to pool in certain areas and potentially wet the entire surrounding floor.

We had a great time in Vienna. The appartment was complete and the staff was very friendly and helpfull. We could even borrow a fan (cooler) because it was so hot these days (35+ degrees). The u bahn is nearby as well are supermarkets (Spar and Hofer (Aldi)), restaurants (we recommend PingPong), a bakery and a water for recreational use. The u bahn is currently out of use, but there is a bus line that is just as fast and nearby. Vienna city is about 20 minutes with public transportation. We also liked the fact that we could park our car in the (free) parking garage.

The easy check in is a bonus, but what I liked the most about is the peaceful environment. I will definitely be back here because it provides a clean and essential living. The subway easily connects you to the city and staying here with my partner over a week made us feel like the Viennese.

The principals of eco and green living are applied to this space so there is no AC. Although I support the logic of it, in the end this is a rental space and there are more environmental AC options in todays world. The coffee machine and kettle are less environmental friendly than those eco ACs, so it is my strong suggestion for the management to provide for the future built in AC for each room.

- neighbourhood - parking spot included in the room rate, located in a parking building 1' away from the appartment. - subway U2 literally 2' away and it takes abiut 25-30 minutes to get into the city center. It it a nice trip as the U2 is mostly out and you can see the sorroundings. U2 is never busy. - nice staff - very good size appartment, we got the middle sized one with a sofa - perfect size for 2 people. - big bathroom - everything you need in the appartment, stayed for a full week. - very quiet at night - we had all we needed for breakfast in the kitchen - easy access in and out of the building - 2 supermarkets 5' away, pharmacy, bakery, DM, Cafe, all you need. We will return here.

We liked everything. Keep in mind that new towels, new bedsheets and room cleaing have an extra fee per person.

Quite, clean, modern, full equipped apartment. not in wien center, but well connected by public transports. if you travel by car, free parking in garage and you can reach the center of wien in 20/25 min driving. Powerful Wi-Fi connection. The area is totally new with all facilities around (supermarket, bank, cafe’…).

everything was perfect

The apartment building is situated in a newly developed area. All buildings in the area are new, you have many walkways and public spaces to enjoy. There are a few grocery stores where you can buy everything you need. There's a great Asian Cuisine restaurant on the ground floor of the apartment building. The apartment itself is very spacious and clean. Plenty of space for luggage. The kitchen is fully equipped and even has a dishwasher. The bed is comfortable and very big. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. The metro station is about a 5-minute walk from the building. It takes around 30-35 minutes to reach the city center. The parking space is in a building nearby, about a 3-minute walk. There are plenty of spaces available to park your car.

There is no salt/pepper/oil in the kitchen, so you have to either bring some or buy some from the shops nearby. There is no AC in the room, so if it's really hot outside it's going to get toasty in there. The WI-FI was kind of iffy. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't.
