I recently stayed at this Vienna hotel with my mother and was exceptionally pleased with the wonderful hospitality. The kind attention we received made our stay truly enjoyable. In particular, we must highlight the exceptional service from the lovely receptionist Niku. Her friendly and welcoming nature really set the tone for our time there. Niku was highly attentive - always promptly answering any questions we had and ensuring our comfort needs were met with a smile. Her sweet sincerity embodied the caring ethos of the hotel. Beyond the fantastic staff, the facilities themselves exceeded expectations. The location allowed easy access to transport links when sightseeing. Yet it maintained a quiet coziness that ensured restful nights. Our room also impressed with ample space and pleasing decor. We always returned to a spotless, tidy room warmed to a toastiness combating winter chill. When visiting Vienna, comfort and hospitality go hand-in-hand with experiencing the magic of the city. This wonderful hotel delivered on both fronts through convenience of locality, conscientious service, and cozy but spacious rooms. We highly recommend for any travelers seeking accommodation that feels like a home away from home.

We loved the location of the hotel. More residential area away from the touristy zone, but still walking distance to the big sites. We love a more authentic experience and we like to ride the public transit. This hotel gave us all those options. A wonderful pizzeria was on the street just below. Our room faced the street with a large bay window, a table and chairs and the side windows opened- like having a balcony. From the outside the hotel is nondescript, and even the street level hallway is a little dark, but the room was modern and light with high ceilings and that beautiful Vienna charm. We loved it!

1. The check in staff (very pretty lady), was super cordial, polite and helpful. She stayed at the hotel till i arrived to check in (and i checked in very late a night), i know that's their job and responsibility, but its a nice gesture. She was very accommodating, making sure i had all the hotel amenities before she left. Thank you! 2. The room that was provided to us was beautiful! Very spacious, spotless, comfortable king-sized bed, clean and efficient bathroom, an adequate walk-in closet and a safe that was provided. 3. Room service did a great job cleaning our rooms when we were out. 4. The location of the hotel is not exactly right in the centre, but it was within a location that was lively, full of great restaurants and pubs, and super convenient and reachable by tram (5 minutes walk from the tram station), and only a few tram stops from Vienna centre.

1) The hotel is located in an old building (i presumed by the looks of it). Since i checked in late, everything was dark. I got lost while being in the hotel building since there was no signage inside the building. And i had to wait for someone to actually leave the building so that i can enter since i didn't know which was the bell to the hotel (maybe i should've looked harder). Other than this small point, everything else was lovely!

- Good value per money. - Location: close to metro station, area seems totally safe. - Nice & helpful staff. No problems with check-in/check-out. They give Whatsapp contact in case of emergency.

- Matress was extremely soft. - Noise insulation is rather poor. You should sleep with earplugs. - Extra: I would appreciate a kettle in the room or at least in the shared area. I wasn't indicated in the description though, so no minus for that.

Amazing service, the staff is really sweet, always helpful, very nice to the customers. The house itself looks a bit old, but no worries! The rooms are new, bathroom all clean as well as the room. The breakfasts are ok. But maybe there could be something warm (eggs, sausages) it’s just bread, ham, vegetables. We were totally ok with that but some people might miss it! In general, it was great. We were traveling and it was nice coming to a clean comfy place.

A pack of cigarettes disappeared from our room on the first day while we were out visiting. However, used tissues weren’t taken out on that particular day. We didn’t bring it up because we didn’t want to make a fuss about it, but it was quite upsetting. Never thought we had to use the safe so cigarettes wouldn’t disappear from our room. Anyway, hopefully this issue is going to get sorted out.

It is located on a quiet street but near a place with bakeries and restaurants. Easy to get a tram or metro or even walk to the main touristical places in Vienna. The room is very spacious and clean , the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was ok , eith sandwiches and fruits, coffee and hot chocolate for the kids.

The furniture in the room seems to be a bit oldfashioned. The coffee we get at breakfast was way too light, but, overall , it was ok

We had a really nice stay in the guesthouse, the location is good, well served by public transport and easy to walk to the center which can be reached in ten minutes on foot. We liked the breakfast, plentiful and with a very good price compared to the prices of Viennese cafes. We were given a larger room than booked and it was clean. The bathroom was large and spotless. We would definitely stay here again if we were to return to Vienna

Everything was good for me. The stable wasn't recent but clean and welcoming. Value for money perfect!

The place is in an ideal location to get around. Feels newly renovated and very modern. The room was excellent and clean. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was good, albeit a bit simple. I would definitely book again.

The key to the inner hotel door was the same as our room key which made me think that all rooms share the same keys. It was clear that there was surveillance but still.

Very friendly and helpful staff, flexible with members of our group arriving at few different times. Good price for localization. Close to underground rail and a few bus stops but also in walking distance to many attractions. More comfortable pillows than average.

A bit confusing to reach the reception. Some additional basic utilities like a kettle for hot water would be appreciated.
