Clean spacious and comfortable rooms in excellent condition. Spacious bathrooms too, but needing a couple minor repairs. Each room has a small fridge. Several restaurants in walking distance. And nice views of the vineyards from upper floors.

The public areas are not as well maintained as the rooms. The parking spaces (paid) are extremely narrow (buses are nearby but no tram or metro). When we checked in, we requested and paid for one extra night. But the staff did not record this properly and while we were sleeping, they knocked and entered our room (without waiting for us to come to the door) to confront us. They did apologize and offered us one morning of free breakfast to make us feel better. The wifi worked well on the 1st floor, but not on the 3rd floor.

The hotel room was spacious for one person and the bathroom offered both bathing and shower facilities. Large double doors lead onto a patio area which I only wish I’d had time to enjoy. The room was quiet and air-conditioning available. The front desk staff were very polite and helpful, I will definitely return when I stay next in Vienna.

There are no shops or cafes in the near vicinity so it is important to make sure you are self-sufficient when you arrive at your hotel, although public transport is readily available.

Beautiful area - Streets clean. Excellente public transportation. Thoroughly enjoyed breakfast. Room good size - Comfortable big bed. Surprised by the stocked up fridge in the Room upon arrival. Bathroom - loved the magnifying makeup mirror and the extra tissues.

Unfortunately no WiFi in my Room only seem to get access in the breakfast area and reception. The breakfast lady turned up in snoopy pj T-shirt and tracksuit sweat pants with plastic slippers - She seemed to have just crawled out of bed ! Not very professional I thought it is a hotel after all. The shower curtain should be replaced - half of it was missing and whilst showering water ended up everywhere. The little fridge in the room wasn’t cold. Drinks were warm - in need of improvement.

Our aim was to taste some local wine from Vienna. For that the hotel's location is ideal - there are several local wine (Heuriger) producers within walking distance. Their wineyards are just behind their courtyards. Hotel itself was ideally quiet, beds comfortable. Connection by bus to the city center surprisingly frequent and smooth.

Great accommodation in a quiet location one hour from the city centre. Friendly staff, comfortable accommodation. My girlfriend and I had a suite with a double bed and a private bathroom with a bathtub. Tasty breakfast buffet, we got coffee on request. Repeat is possible and we definitely recommend the hotel.

The door to the private garden, the room was nice. Shower, staff was friendly, nice mini bar in the room, close to the forest which is great for the dog. Breakfast was nice even though there was no coffee one morning

The WiFi in my room wasn't always great, sometimes it dropped. 17 euros for a dog is not that cheap

Rooms are big and clean. Breakfast is tasty and everyone can find something for themselves. It is situated out of the city, but it is easy to reach the city center by public transportation.

It is difficult to find a parking spot nearby and the private hotel parking is expensive.

The room was top floor so it had a nice view of the green around, the shower was great, the breakfast was good. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.

Very good room, quite comfortable. Beautiful neighborhood, perfect for a little walk before getting transport to the city center.
