Very nice apartment in a good part of Vienna - everything you might want (museums, good restaurants etc.) is close, apart from the supermarket, but nothing delivery apps can’t fix. We also had a terrace which we haven’t used a single time due to 35 degrees outside, but the view from it is also nice. There were also more than enough coffee pads, dishwasher tablets, washing powder and so on, so as long as you have water with you when checking in, you will survive.

Nothing was significant enough to lower the maximum rating, really. Welcome water bottle would have been nice and working upper window/shade remotes. But this is really trivial. Nothing is perfect, no matter what your ex thinks:)

We have now stayed multiple times at rafael kaisers apartments in vienna. Everything is expected, no surprises and the communication with the property manager has also always been excellent, quick reply and anything we needed was solved swiftly. Spacious apartment even though we travelled as a large family. The u-bahn and ttam is basically just outside the dorr which means that you can be down town vienna in 10 min. Great reaturants as well close by. Will be our go to spot from now on.

The apartment can get quiet hot in hot summer days and working the AC is not that easy.

We were wow-ed when we arrived. It is large and AMAZING! Clean and it has everything you need. Nice kitchen, amazing bathroom. Location not in the centre how ever it was a 2 minute walk to the metro so it didnt matter anyway.

The smell from a airco was a bit weird, also the airco was directly above the bed which was not ideal. Also, it was a bit noisy the first night. However we think that was more the neighbors that also booked the hotel than anything else. Because after they checked out it was quite and great. We also didnt receive the email with the code for the lock 2 days in advance like they promised. We had to call when we arrive since there is also no reception. They said we should’ve gotten the email but were happy to tell us the code and handled it fine. We looked for the email after entering the room but we really didnt receive it, we received it the night after checking though.

The apartment was excellent. We needed two different metro lines to get to the city center, but the metro station is a few meters from the building where the apartment is. We had a crib and a chair for the baby. Also, the dishwasher was very helpful. We had available tablets for the dishwasher, garbage bags, dishwashing liquid and sponge, napkins, along with all the dishes. Everything was very clean. I highly recommend it for a longer stay. Fully equipped kitchen, close to the store, bakery at the nearest metro station. Although there is no reception, check-in and check-out is very well organized, very helpful staff, hassle-free contact via booking (they respond promptly). Very good access to the center, metro line is 5 minutes away from the appartament. I subtract a bit from the standard rating - it is clean, but some things would require a little renovation (painting the walls, replacing the toilet door...). And the bed - two connected single units, well-used :).

A very cozy and beautiful apartment in a quiet and lovely neighborhood. U-Bahn station and Bim stop are within walking distance, so it's very convenient to visit the city center. As a solo female traveler, I feel safe even coming back at night from an opera performance. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Besides, they provide everything you need. I will surely come back if I'm visiting Vienna again!

Everything was perfect.

The property is spacious, neat, and clean. self checking in was straightforward you feel supported with all what you need including washer and dryer at the top floor AC is working well! bonus in Vienna :) Parking is too close to facility.

The response to my request for the parking lot was not immediate, actually I hade to park in far parking lot until next day, partially it is my fault as I have contacted them at night. offered parking is too tight for vans (be careful).

Absolutely everything was perfect! The apartament is fully equipped- from small spoons to hair dryer and ironing machine and table, very clean, comfortable and elegant. It is located 2 minutes away from the metro station. You can get to the City centre in about 20 min by metro, to Schonbronn în about 30 minutes, Prater the same. Hosts are very nice, kind and customer oriented. You can access tutorials for use of household appliances în case you need help. The parking was arranged by the host 2minutes away from the flat. The contactless check in is very clearly instructed and sent in due time. We highly recommend Kaiser apartaments for perfect accomodation I Vienna! Thank you for all your support and care!

Nothing to be mentioned here, really!

Self check in and out is very simple and great. All furnitures and bathroom stuff is quite modern and clean. Washing machine and drying machine are in a seperate room, work quietly and perform well. Housekeeping stuff and others are understanding and friendly. 2 mins walk to subway and tramway stations. Also dm and spar supermarkets are very close. Having a mini dressing room helps to keep the apartment tidy. They offer limitless tea, coffee and detergant for washing and dishwasher machines.

5th floor is kind of a rooftop. It was not good not to have a window view.
