Good location in Dobling, big, clean and confortable rooms, good pizzeria at the ground floor, easy checkin/out

There was a constant noise from the building's facilities, it didn't stop all night, very annoying

Good location, nice and clean room, delicious pizza at the restaurant downstairs.

The property didn’t provide the door code and check-in details even though the booking was already confirmed, only sent us the info after we asked. Difference between booking.com info and room leaflet - different check-out times, the leaflet says the coffee and water in the room are complimentary, but people on booking.com say they were charged for it (so we didn’t use any of it). Confusing self check-out.

The hotel really surprised me. The check in process was very unique and completely digital. I changed my check-in time and it was swiftly approved. The room was really big and spacious with a huge cupboard as well as a big bathroom (even had a nice hair dryer). They provided a coffee machine and also tea bags in my room and I had a great time in the hotel. I can highly recommend it to solo travelers. Thank you for such a great service to your guests!

The hotel is located quite far away from the centre (but it is in a peaceful place and has a nice restaurant and other food places nearby). It might be nice to have some more human contact at the reception and have a dedicated person to contact in case anything goes wrong (although for my case I had no problems). But the pros definitely outweigh the cons for this particular hotel.

The smart checkin had an English option. Coffee/tea in the room. Very nice size. Love the little balcony. Lift. I was able to take a long walk from the hotel and most of it was in the countryside. Being able to reach nature is very important to me and these big cities don't have much. Close to trams.

Not all of the checkin was in English. I think how to load the key cards remained mostly in German, which I dont know. My husband has some German, so he helped figure it out and we eventually figured it out. We could have probably found someone in the restaurant to help if we had not figured it out.

Tram 38 is operating 24 hours and the stop is just across the road. There is a good pizzeria in the building. Nice neighbourhood. Quiet. Spacious.

It is too hot in the whole building and there is no air conditioning in the room. Most of the year it is probably not a problem, but in July it is a bit too hot inside, especially on the top floor. A small fridge would be a great addition to the room since there is more than enough space for it. Parking is 2,5 euro per hour on the street and 2 euros in garage, a bit expensive for a neighbourhood so far north.

Very clean hotel in a nice residential location. The self check-in process has worked like charm. This is perfect for short stay. At the ground floor there is also a Italian restaurant where you can have a decent meal.

Watch out with the parking places. the ones in front of the hotel are short term and need to be paid. We got a ticket for parking there overnight. A info from the hotel would have been nice to avoid the ticket.

The room was never cleaned in the 5 days

Easy check in, room was clean and new. Great location near a tram line that runs to the center. Excellent for a short stay.

Property sends automated communication in German. It's unclear if the coffee and tea is complementary or not. Based on reviews here we decided not to touch anything. No air conditioning, no shower gel in the dispenser in the shower. A bit loud because of the restaurant and location on the main street. Thin walls also.

It s a direct business.. the owner has the hotel and the restaurant underneath. They love hospitality and they are doing things in the most proper way. The room is super comfy .. it was actually the best one I had in this trip (4 different hotels). Location is perfect!! on the tram lane and 20 min from the center by tram. There s everything near you and the nice part of the city is also just around the corner. Great nature, great mood, very relaxing and the staff is super friendly and helpful - ask for Valentino from Romania and please try the Pizza and BIO draft beer. Simply a satisfying and very very lovely stay.

It would have been good if we had a small mini fridge in the apartment. Other than this there s absolutely nothing to complain about or ask for. Actually you get MUCH MORE inside the room for FREE.

The room was very spacious, modern and very comfy. The self-check-in went very smooth. The restaurant downstairs offers a very good Napolitan pizza and other Italian (and not only) dishes. The surrounding area is very quiet and clean. There are many options for public transportation in the area.

The property doesn't have a private parking and the restaurant doesn't offer breakfast. Nevertheless, the hotel recommends some coffee shops in the area that are open for breakfast.
