Wonderful staff(especially Susi at the breakfast buffet and Vincent at the reception desk). Breakfast was exceptional-great variety. Nice rooms with a big bathroom and balconies with a stunning view! Facilities had a wonderful design. Great hotel for families as well as couples! The overall vibe at this hotel is relaxing and throughout positive. Great outdoor pool with a nice setup. Spa area beautiful with free flavored water,nuts and apples. Free parking was a bonus too. Also LOVE the cow theme! Overall a great hotel that I can truly recommend!

If you didn’t book half pension and you want to eat dinner at the restaurant you have to pay € 34 per person which it wasn’t worth for us because we can’t eat as much😅 It gets quite hot in the rooms,lighter summer covers could help with that…

Staff was very helpfull and friendly Food was delicious For the birthday of my daughter and myself, we received fire work on a cake, a decorated table and a glass of 'sekt' offered by the hotel the massages were very good! the rented electric bikes were also very good

when we need to say something, the rooms were a little bit dated when we compare them with the rest of the hotel and the temperature of the indoor swimming pool could be a little bit higher

We visited with our family and we didn't like dinner (since we have a variety of dietery constraints), however the staff was super understanding and they helped us with dairy free food for all of our stay there. The spa area was fine and the pools are good. We liked that we could play ping-pong, table hockey and more. The view from the balcony is amazing.

We didn't like the beds (super soft) and the rooms themselves are outdated. The pool was cold and the sauna area was full of kids.

Beautiful hotel, luxury food, nice staff, except for one employee

Unpleasant, frowning bartender probably with the problem that I spoke only English. And he ignored me and chatted in German with the other guests. I was polite. He waited a really long time. Then I left. I paid a lot of money for the accommodation. But I really don't want to do this.

Great location, the spa area was quite cool, amazing food and beautiful views. Service was also great and with a convenient distance from the lovely Kitzbuhel. Perfect for doing sports or just relaxing and seems to be a great option with children also.

unfortunetly the pools were a bit to cold. Would have been awesome to enjoy a super warm outdoor pool with all the snow arround.

beds were not very comfortable. temperature inside the hotel was so hot. need shorts & T-shirt .

Beautiful views and loved the decor throughout, lots of extra pillows & towels. A real romantic vibe in the private spa rooms, that I highly recommend for couples. Great breakfast and lovely staff.

The bed could have been bigger, and larger duvet’s or preferably 1 large duvet. Especially as we stayed in the largest room/ a studio.

may be better breakfast organisation as one morning no one there to offer me a table with cutlery etc and nine available so had to miss breakfast. Also main door doesn’t open at night so have to use stairs to a side door.

Spa was great. The woman I had was very professional yet personally made me feel pampered.

More communication in dining room. Where is the water? That should be somewhere easy to access.
