Overall, everything was good. The staff was supportive and welcoming, the room was spacious and well-appointed, and the washroom was very clean and stocked with all necessary items. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, and the room cleaning services were excellent.

Here are a few areas that could be improved by hotel management: 1-The towels were somewhat old and hadn't been changed recently. New, high-quality towels should be provided. 2- The blanket was old and not very clean. Its color has started to fade due to frequent use and washing. 3-The fitness center is poorly equipped, with very limited equipment. Additionally, I didn't use the jacuzzi because it wasn't fully clean. 4-The breakfast options were limited, and the price was high compared to the value offered. 5- There was no indication in the room for the prayer direction ( QIBLA) in the Room in addition they were not able to provide prayer Matres /rug

Very goot hotel and value for money. We arrived at midnight with no reservation and we were greeted at the reception by Kenan. He helped us by communicating in English and providing us the best deals for our stay. Helped us with anything we wanted during our stay. Highly recommended.

The triple room is HUGE! We loved the facility so much that we extended our stay there. We asked for a cot and they provided a comfortable single bed. Bathroom was spotless. Clean towels and bathrobes were provided. Room service was excellent. The staff speaks in English. They were were friendly and helpful - not just with luggage but in the breakfast area as well. The hotel has a gym area which includes a pool table, foosball and table tennis as well. The buffet breakfast was halal and food was fresh. The dining area was a huge hall and had a terrace option as well. There is a supermarket close by for your basic needs. Hotel is short drive away from all touristy areas.

I like everything. Rooms are very big and clean. The house keeping is very good she came every day even if we don’t want her to clean our room, she came and provided us with new towels and bottles of water and toilet paper. So they care about the cleaning and services. And the rooms smell good and nice. The front desk men are very nice and kind and helpful, they helped us for everything we asked . The WiFi is very strong and working very well. The location is good about 7 to 10 minutes from Nizami Street. And cost 5 manat in polt.

The breakfast is good but no too much options.

The hotel was really nice! Room super spacious, clean in general, windows with a nice view, big bed and nice space! Staff was very kind and helpful and hotel clean rooms every day and leave soap, shower gel and cleaning kits with shave, com etc. They have billar that you can play and I played with some friends without extra costs.

The water was getting a bit flooded at the sink and shower and under the table was some dirt, but to be honest in general very good! It's not inside downtown and you have to take a taxi 15 min, but I'll say is worth it

The reception and restaurant staff and housekeeping were exceptional, very polite and helpful. Breakfast was great with regular changes to the menu, and the chef always asked if we had any specific breakfast requests, like a cheese omelet, Turkish coffee etc. The room was spacious, and was cleaned daily by the housekeeping staff.

The location was a bit of a hurdle, however, ride sharing options were convenient, and we could reach the city center within 5-10 minutes. A small suggestion would be to add some English channels to the TV channel list.

Rooms were very spacious and it had a very homely comfortable feel. We booked for 3 single beds but upon our arrival ‘3 single beds’ room was not available instead a ‘king bed plus single bed’ room was available. But since we wanted 3 single beds they upgraded our room to Quadruple to compensate. The surrounding is also very good with good hotels and a supermarket to buy anything urgent and important.

The breakfast menu was a disappointment. It was very good in 2017-18 but this time it was very basic and things will finish quickly. Replenishment was also not good. If only the buffet could be improved again, it is an excellent hotel for stay.

Very clean hotel. We booked for 4nighrs and we loved it. 30mins to city and airport. Good location. All the facilities were provided. U need to bring adapter with u if not there is nearby supermarket where u can’t for cheap price. The room was spacious and comfortable. Hot water no issue… 🤍 the staff are very welcoming and kind

- u can hear other people’s conversation I guess there is no soundproof so every night we hear baby crying. -coz of the winter the room was warm but it’s too warm to get ready when u putting ur layers on. Not settled til v checkout. -the bed was smaller than I expected . -WiFi connection not really good

I loved how kind and helpful the entire staff was especially the receptionist Elvin, one of the Restaurant staff Serim, as well as the 5th floor housekeeping help. Overall, they kept us extremely comfortable and also guided us regarding the new city we were visiting. Told us about places and about local commute which was one of my goals. The hotel itself is also located in such a good area where it's lively even at night but not noisy or any disturbance of any sort. Our rooms were also big and economical and everything was prim and proper and extremely clean.

The hotel rooms were supposedly soundproof but in reality the walls were quite thin. Once every now and then I could overhear everything anyone in the other room was saying unintentionally. However it wasn't that big of a deal.

Big room, comfortable beds, public transport around the corner which takes you everywhere for no moved money

Breakfast almost non existent, dirty tiles in the bathroom. It's just details so don't worry. I wouldn't notice anything but my wife did. We've ordered room for 4 people and even communicated it directly with reception prior our arrival. We've arrived at 4am so we wanted to go directly to the bed but two beds were missing. Yes they brought those beds without any discussion but it was very stressful moment for us. We've made it to the bed one hour later they we wanted to. Already 28 hours straight on the road... The airport shuttle would be too much even fit free. Shuttle car without possibility to use seatbelts with broken front window on way too many places etc. Btw the airport shuttle cost 30 AZN one way. I suggest to pay by card only for the hotel and its services including shuttle.
