It was a wonderful stay. The main reception guy Samer was very helpful he personally guided me about the city. His hospitality and helpfulness was out of the world, If I am giving 9 Star rating to this hotel, it is because of Samer and the reception lady. They both deserve a standing ovation, especially Samer.

I was asked to pay more for a sea view room and manager was somehow a little bit rude in the start which was worrisome in the beginning but the sea view room was outstanding, I want that it must be listed on booking.com that the room which is being booked is not sea facing as shown in the picture.

The sea facing rooms. The cooperative staff. Raheb, Farhad, and other staff members are very friendly and supportive. The restaurant staff made our breakfast arrangements nicely. The housekeeping staff were efficient. Initially, we booked this place for 3 nights. We were planning to move to another hotel after 3 nights. But the location is so relaxing that we extended our stay for our entire holiday in the same hotel.

Caspian Sea, spa salon (turkish bath, sauna) full body massage Seva 👍. Room service (restaurant). Front desk staff, especially Farid👍 .

in general, my room was cleaned ok, but 2 days out of 10 it was not cleaned at all, I had to complain to the front desk. Towels have some gray color and no smell of freshness.at times the air quality was poor, I understand that this is not dependent on the hotel, but at times you can smell carbon monoxide.

Incredible experience! The staff was super polite and always willing to help. They gave complimentary stuff whenever possible. Water was free of cost (which is a big thing in Baku, because all hotels on Nizami Street sold water separately for at least 1 - 2 manat). Rooms are quiet and the views are breathtaking (we had Queen Room with Sea View). I'd recommend 10/10 all the way!

To be honest, there was absolutely nothing I didn't like. Perhaps there could be more variety of burgers/snacks in the hotel menu. Other than that, it was perfect!

The restaurant food is not upto the standards.The service is very poor.My wife is pregnant & they served stale rice for breakfast. Very poor upto the Ramada standards.
