Bus stop near the centre is vital for travelling around the city. - Breakfast is served from 8am to 11am. The food is of the best quality. There are a handful of vegetarian options. - Staff is very helpful and polite. English speakers won’t face any issues

To begin with, the location of the Hotel is accessible to tourist attraction, and is easy to find. You can find 24hr open grocery, KFC, Doner restaurant in the same building and a pharmacy near to the Hotel. You will have access to everything you need nearest to the Hotel. The breakfast included when you book was amazing! A lot of options and really good taste plus unlimited. The room was spacious and neat. The housekeeper make sure to clean the room even without us requesting for it. They response fast when we have requests. Most of all the receptionist is very helpful (we forgot his name, but as we speak He originated from Yemen and a working student) from suggesting where to go, how to go there, which app to use and download, upto helping us out communicating with our Bolt driver. And even suggesting us which item should we buy and bring to our friends. He is well versed in English Language so it is very easy for him to help us out. Amazing customer service.

its very comfortable hotel everybody works there is nice and helpful start of reception (jaffer,saeed,fareed,zaman)housekeeping (zelfia)room service ( akbar)and in the kitchen (sameera) we feel as home with all of them the location is awesome neer of everything (24hour supermarkets , pharmacy,restaurants ) we will come back again sure ☺️

Staff all were great: Fareed, Saeed, Zaman, and owner Jaweed. Smiling Breakfast lady. Nearness to 3 Supermarkets Arranging for transportation Free room upgrade 10 minutes walk to Ganjlik mall. Haider Alyef Center, 7 minutes walk. Bazar not far by taxi , 5 minutes. Staff speak Arabic and English.

Need taxi to go to Seafront and Boulevard, but hotel arrange transportation for 3 Manat (6+ Saudi Riyals) only.

The reception is kind and speaks English. The room is very spacious and the beds are comfy with very good lighting. Very close to restaurant and cafes and just on the ground of the building there's a supermarket, a doner and a KFC which is a plus! The breakfast is great and the chef is very accommodating and is like a mom cooking for your breakfast though they can't speak English, the hotel staff were very responsive to our requests.

I really liked the individual approach to each guest and the professionalism of the staff. The price is very reasonable. Polite and friendly staff. I especially thank the Manager of Hanbala Saeed, as he helped us in everything. Located near the center, you can get to any point by taxi for 2 manats. The breakfast is very good, the hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the Heydar Aliyev Center that why we choose this Hotel for our business trip. Nearby there are several restaurants/cafes + KFC, 24/7 grocery store, bank, shopping center, metro, bazaar, near the metro there is a park with many shops and delicious restaurants, Thank you very much Mr. Said for everything!

Sometimes we could leave the room early in the morning and return in the evening to find that the room was not cleaned.

I like the people whose managing the hotel. They are all accommodating and approachable. What i like most is their smile that makes my day good.

Overall stay is good.
