The stuff, was very nice and special thanks for Mr. Mohammad the facility manager and Mis Liza from reception, for the support and helpful during our stay. I booked 2 rooms, I request during the reservation to be close to each other, but due to the availability, the hotel upgrade my reservation to be family suite instead of rooms. It was 2 big rooms with living area 2 toilets and fully equipped. Also during the check-in the reception guy I didn't remember his name he gives me offer for breakfast with big discounts more than 40%. Thanks Gulf Cort team🌹

It was very clean and well presented. Every single member of staff was so kind, helpful and friendly. They would go out of there way to make you feel comfortable with your stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We had a very spacious junior suite and was not disappointed. Very accommodating hotel. Breakfast was also lovely as was all the room service food. Credit to the wonderful chef Irfan.

Very friendly staff, large room, nice breakfast and swimming pool. Very clean.

Multiple noisy neighbours, the soundproofing of the rooms is not good. Some things that can be improved by the hotel: Make it so that the room doors close quietly, right now they slam and you can easily hear that in the neighbouring rooms. Make the rooms easier to find, it took us a few minutes to find our room and we were not the only guests with this problem. All the extra doors in the hallway cause more confusion. Improve the sensors / timing on the elevator. When going in the elevator with a suitcase or child, multiple times the elevator door closed up on us too early and would not stop.

Room are big, breakfast is ok but need to have more continental touch, Location is also perfect place very silent near by petrol station with small grocery shop attached to petrol station. Staff is excellent, Hotel Manager enquires daily regarding any issue, restaurant staff are very loving eg: Miss Janet, counter staff Liza from Philippine greets everybody with great smile, Hotel GM interacts with visitors frequently. Very friendly hotel specially for families.

House keeping need to be improved.

The room was spacious. Comfortable air conditioning. Clean and maintained property. The staff were very humble and helpful. Thanks to Liza and Sakib for a wonderful service. Truly had a good stay. We will definitely plan to stay again when we visit next time.

Parking was lacking shade, so our vehicle was getting too hot. There is no toilet near the pool. The pool is not suitable for smaller kids as it is at the same depth of 1.6m throughout.

Bed and cushions a bit hard for me but acceptable

We were welcomed by Mr. Mohammed Najjar and he was very friendly, he upgraded our room from junior suite to executive suite. There was open parking space in front and behind the hotel. The room was size was good.

The breakfast was decent but there is scope of improvement, there was no separate swimming pool for kids.

The location and cleanliness of the room.

Noisy A/C, occupants of the room next to us were having screaming kids and no sound insulation, called.receptionist to complain because we were not able.to sleep, no action taken!

I like the room's cleanliness. the staff are so friendly. the location is quiet. there are many toilets at the room. there is big TV. The music in the lounge

The external parking's are not safety for kids. There is no refrigerator in the room. The price is high a little bit.

The location, the parking, accessibility Friendly and very cooperative staff. Willing to always help! Easy check-in and out process.

The water pressure and heating in the shower head. This was specific to our room 803 as we have stayed before and didn't have a problem.
