I recently revisited Ramee Grand and was impressed once again. The room was spotless and comfortable, with excellent amenities. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. Dining at Ruka, roof top restaurant was a delight, with delicious meals and great service. The hotel's facilities, including the fitness center and spa, were top-notch. The location is perfect, close to major attractions and easy to reach from the malls. Consistent in quality and service, Ramee grand remains my top choice. Highly recommended!

The location of this hotel is fantastic with an array of really lovely cafes and restaurants nearby and the mall within reach. The hotel is nice, a little dated in parts, but our room and bathroom was hugely spacious and everything we needed for our stay. Robes, slippers, amenities all great! Free complimentary parking was also appreciated. The Indian restaurant was nice and service was great.

The room was a little bit worn and dated. There was no outlet beside the bed which made charging electricals a bit difficult. The pool is smaller than it looks in the pictures with very few loungers or other facilities, you couldn’t spend a day relaxing there, but the staff were very courteous and thorough with pool cleaning.

we are giving 5star to Mr. Naresh Chopra. he’s a excellent guy and supporting person. Thank you Naresh Chopra for good hospitality and generosity. also we are thankful to Restaurants they was very good guys for given VEG breakfast. Thank u once again for all of you guys.

In general, it is considered good hotel, room are specious, clean , Reception people are good

The congestion in the one route to the hotel and there is no alternative route, Some noise in the lobby late at night from some strange people;

I had a problem with the bathroom maintenance. However, it was addressed by Shyam - the Front Desk Manager. He was helpful. The room in general is always clean at Ramee Grand.

The location use to be fine with easy traffic. However, with so many cafes around Ramee Grand, it is a nightmare if you are outside and wish to reach Ramee Grand after 9:00PM.

I loved that they read the note it was my birthday and they brang a cake and baloons. We couldnt sleep from the noise that the room next door and they really helped and stopped them.

The bathroom wasnt that clean

Welcome hospitality is excellent and very pleasing. Follow up at all stages of the stay is prompt. View from the room is very pleasing. In general rooms are clean, staff are very cooperative and they are ready to address any concerns.

well appointed with all your basic needs in the room. Large spacious lobby, not too bright with much lounge seating. Many cafes and a shopping mall nearby

the mesh curtain was hanging off the hooks when I checked in. however it was fixed within 5min an engineer arrived and repaired it
