Super clean Staff are nice Easy access to the mall Nice view for the larger 2BR suite You can either use valet or self park. We had a large SUV and can park comfortably there. Very secure place, you have to use the room key for the elevator, to enter the hotel back from the mall and the parking.

Set menu for breakfast, which is not good for the level of fraser suites On the day of checkout we took our luggage down with the help of the concierge but we did not officially check out and some of us were in the room and the do not disturb sign was on. However someone entered the room thinking we left and kept the do not disturb sign on!! Told the front desk staff about it and they apologised but I don't think only apologising is enough in this situation

We were upgraded from a deluxe studio to one bedroom apartment which was much more that we needed for a 3 night stay. We have chosen Fraser Suites because it was close to Seef Mall and it has a good reputation among the travellers and we were not dissapointed. The kitchen was very well equipped. The staff was very helpful.

The only thing that we did not like was the noise made by the cars that could be heard from 11th floor.

Hotel and room was very clean, all necessary items (towels, soaps, slippers, iron machine, fridge , etc) were in place and ready to use. Lobby and hallways smells good, parking entrance and exit is neat, clear and spacious. Staff are supportive, welcoming and fast with requests.

The hotel is connected to the Seef Mall. If there the Seef Mall is crowded, it may delay you getting to the hotel.

The staff at the accommodation were extremely professional and amicable. We would like to express our gratitude to Ms. Yolanda. She ensured that our flat was prepared upon our arrival and pleasantly surprised us with an upgrade. The flat itself is roomy and cozy. This marks our second visit, and we can confidently say that there will be more in the future.

Everything was Perfect

Clean and very comfortable. Spacious one bedroom apartment. Amenities like fully equipped kitchenette and a good sized fridge plus washing machine if needed. Proximity to services. Alseef mall is accessible from the hotel and Al Aali mall is short walking distance. Friendly and courteous staff. We would recommend this hotel.

The hotel has smoking and nonsmoking options. I requested nonsmoking. The first night I had difficulty sleeping due to cigarette smoke ALL night from adjacent rooms. (I am very sensitive to odors) Smoking should be restricted to outdoor areas and not in rooms at all.

Great location, hotel was central to everything I needed. Great car parking access, direct connection to the shopping centre to get anything you need. Including a very good supermarket right below the hotel. The gym is very well set up, with sauna and a great lap pool. I had a nice high room which was quiet and had a great view out over the city. The room itself is great as well. Very spacious, great wifi, lots of power points everywhere (very important :) plus a great desk set up with a super comfortable office chair! LOVED !!

Some maintenance could probably be improved in general in the rooms. My fridge door didn't close properly so a lot of the stuff I had in there had to be thrown out. Wasnt easy to see because of the way the door is built into the "cupboard door".

The location is fine. The hotel is connected to Seef mall. The check-in and check-out was smooth. I was at the hotel early in the morning the receptionist was very friendly and gave me early check-in.

The issue I faced was that there was a noisy family in the other room and one could hear kids shouting till late at night.

Excellent location, great support and hospitality by staff employees, spacious and well decorated apartment

1) Bad smell in the room’s toilet, 2) Safety near the swimming pool needs be improved (example: rescue equipment it to the far left, so rail to hold at one side of the pool).

everything is perfect. room is comfortable and cleanable. location is perfect near from 4 malls and restaurants .

the price when i was search in booking.com i showed price 900 SAR different when i pay 1090 SAR and when I was use Apple Pay the price come up 20% more than total price 1232.17 SAR.

Everything was awesome! Received a free upgrade for a larger apartment. Seef Mall is in the same building where you can buy food, change money, buy some stuff - very convenient. Cleaning was daily and on a preferred time. Nice spa, very helpful staff.
