The people that work there are simply amazing! They were focused and strived to meet every need, were courteous, and were ready to action to make things comfortable. I stayed there for ten nights. I am impressed with their desire to achieve excellence in each interaction I had with them. It is very close to the Airport. It is a different world in the hotel compared to the outside. Very safe, in front of a major road. Their restaurant has excellent food, primarily local dishes and a mixture of Chinese food. I recommend paying upfront for the breakfast buffet, and you will like it—money well spent.

There is nothing to dislike about the property!

The service was exceptional from the start. They were polite and extremely helpful and accommodating. My suitcase did not arrive and the person on the front desk, Nipu and all his colleagues, particularly Ahad, went out of their way to follow up and ensure that my suitcase was delivered to the hotel. Ahad even stayed on past the end of his shift to ensure that I received the suitcase in good order. It was a wonderful introduction to Bangladesh. I did not have the opportunity to visit the spa which is my only regret.

facilities and staff (especially Tuhin was very kind to us, and everyone else treated us very well, staffs are humble and always helped us and greated with a smile). the management should really be proud of the staffs here, as they are one of best things about the hotel. 24 hour restaurant and breakfast was very good with options and they change few items from the menu every day. food at the hotel is great, the cafe in the lobby is also great and the roof top grill bar was great as well. spa and gym also was there but was unable to give it a try as we stayed for a very short period. however it looks good as well, but the gym seems a bit small.

can hear noise from nearby traffic a little bit, but it is same everywhere in bangladesh so theres nothing you can do about it. other than that there is nothing we disliked about the property

Food was excellent.. room was so clean and bed was really comfortable. AC worked great and the people were helpful and friendly.. they even printed a few documents for us and delivered them to our room.. will definitely stay there again..

The sheer number of confusing light switches in the room. Sometimes up is on, down is on, always have to hit like 5 switches to turn on the right light..Really that's a stretch though as the room was excellent..

The hotel had everything that I needed to make my stay comfortable. A comfortable clean bed with good mattress, good air conditioning, excellent and cheap room service, powerful shower, good quality bedding, blinds that cut out the light so that you can sleep during the day if you have jet lag and very close to the airport but not so close that you can hear the planes and good coffee downstairs.

The staff were out of this world and made the stay that much more enjoyable

Cleanliness could be better as some corner in the room and bathroom were visibly dirty as well as the office chair. Also on multiple occasions I got dirty bedsheets/pillow cases. Also wish there was heavier weights in the gym and more clean weights

The hotel is very close to the airport and an Uber trip cost me Tk 114 only. It was very kind of the hotel to give me a free newspaper and couple of bottles of water everyday. There is a mosque literally next door and you can do your prayers there. There is a Qibla direction in the room and you can also ask for a prayer mat. I found Uber pickup / drop off very convenient from the hotel. You can walk a few metres and can also take a rickshaw to areas around Zamzam tower for restaurants / Agora shopping.

This not the fault of the hotel but it is located next to a major road and Bangladeshi truck/bus drivers use their horns throughout the day and even all night! I fall asleep easily, so I was not bothered by this.

The staff are what make this hotel special, since service is fantastic. Location is also excellent. The rooftop BBQ restaurant is nice too.

The property is now starting to show its age. Bathrooms need updating, and it requires things like a coffee machine in the restaurant, rather than Nescafé and hot water. There is now stiff competition and the hotel needs refreshing.

Almost everything. I still think that breakfast could be improved- better quality coffee/ milk from a machine, not Nescafé. Room service menu is a little limited.

Lack of a coffee machine. Nothing else really. Hotel is starting to show its age.
