Top breakfast, especially the fresh mangos.

The sushi were unfortunately a bit dry... and I found it sad to learn that the food that cannot be served anymore ends up in the trash... it could also be given to some people in need, animals or be used to produce biogas. Just saying :)

Everyone was very welcoming. The customer service goes above and beyond. The front desk help me with anything I needed. It is in a great location. Everything you need is in walking distance. A driver can be arranged to for transport. The breakfast was good with many options. I felt very safe and would definitely stay here again! They provide you with all the office supplies you would need and a fruit platter.

I would replace the carpet in the rooms on the 6th floor to match the nice wooden flooring on the 8th floor.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The selection and quality of the food was impressive. the hotel's location was excellent. It was conveniently situated in a great area and made my commute to place I needed to go easy. But what truly stood out for me was the attitude of the staff. They were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and always had a positive and friendly attitude. Whether I had questions about the area, needed assistance with my room, they were always ready to assist with a smile. Their excellent service truly added to the overall quality of my stay.

Unfortunately the shower was cold but I also did not mention it as I can live with that but needs to be improved.

Comfortable Bed, work desk with stationeries

Everything was good. But I wish the room temperature was not controlled centrally at the back office. Also, no matter where the reservation has been done, I wish to get information before the reservation such as flat dollar exchange rate would be used rather than of the day and deposit of certain amount will be kept.

we stayed in Suite type room which has jacuzzi!! The jacuzzi is so amazing and bring away your tiredness. They let us check in early and check out lately, very flexible. The BBQ buffet of dinner was delicious and you may choose the table in the air condition or sit by sky pool view. One thing I need to mention is the swimming pool has two glasses where you can see the city and downstairs under the water!! Kitchen has cookware, plates and spoons... Workable kitchen!

I found hair in the fridge and some dirt from the mirror, it was quite awful. The cleanliness could be done better.

Very friendly staff at the front desk, great lobby ambassador called Nusrat who was keen to see if I had everything I needed. The breakfasts were incredibly good and the room service also excellent.

The gym and pool were a little smaller than the pictures on the website and it would be good to have more machines in the gym.

The hotel was in a great location, walking distance to malls and restaurants. The staff were super friendly and it was super clean. The beds were so comfortable and breakfast on the roof by the pool topped it off!

Amazing hotel, perfectly located on a quiet street in Gulshan 2, also very close to Baridhara. Beautiful views, delicious breakfast on the rooftop. And most of all, the staff is incredibly nice and helpful!
