The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were in Covid quarantine in the hotel and so were not able to use hotel facilities, but the service was very good in our room. It is convenient from the airport. The room is spacious.

Located in the busy city of Dhaka there is quite a lot of road noise, but an interesting view of the bustling city.

Rooms were excellent. Reception staff very friendly and professional ana courteous.

Restaurant staff could be more thoughtful and professional. Was assured by restaurant staff breakfast in the bedroom would not be a problem as I had my 2 little babies with me. Only to be told by somebody else this could not be done. Then I was told I could have this if I paid?

I had an excellent experience in White Palace Hotel .The staff's warm and accommodating nature contributed to my enjoyment of the top-notch amenities. The food was delectable, and the facility was immaculate and well-kept. The room service was satisfactory, and the general cleanliness of the premises was impressive. I am content with my stay, and I would definitely contemplate returning for another visit.

This is my first time at the White Palace Hotel. This hotel's environment is fantastic. Food quality is good. The staff seems professional and smart, especially Kabir, who gave me a small tour of the hotel after I requested to have a look around the rooftop. Nice breakfast in the morning! Best of luck!

On my fourth visit to the White Palace, I decided to make a reservation through Booking.com for the first time. I received assistance from the front office supervisor, Mr. Faysal, and his colleagues, who were very helpful and displayed a high level of professionalism.

Housekeeping services -need improvement , but this time got betteer service than previous three times trip

Breakfast is remarkable here for the variety menu, the service providers guys are really helpful. Room is comfortable, bed is okay for me . The front desk managers are on smiling face ,that's fine . Car driver also punctual

Fruits were not up to the mark & not absolutely fresh .I expected more fresh fruits, they need to conscious about fruits

The hotel staff were very helpful and quick with the check in and check out process. The hotel food was great and my overall stay was comfotable.

The tv in my room was not a smart tv i asked the front desk but unfortunately they didnt have any available room with a smart TV. I believe that would make my stay perfect

The hotel is in a great spot and has a wonderful location. The breakfast is tasty. The people at the front desk are nice, and the staff who take care of breakfast and cleaning are always ready to help. The rooms are really clean and the beds are comfy.

The laundry service wasn't good

The food, customer service, and rooms at White Palace Hotel are all excellent. I'm having a lengthy stay here. The staff is wonderful, especially the food and beverage service team. Mr.Oli, a waiter, and the supervisor of housekeeping did an outstanding job as well.
