Centrally located amongst markets and restaurants. Overall clean and comfortable.

Thought the price was too high for its calibre. Quite clean, except there were some missed hair on the floors and the pillow cases didn’t smell super fresh. Staff were eager to help but the refund process was not clearly communicated. I wanted to check out one day early, and it took them 2 days to confirm it was possible, and then only when I went for the refund did they tell me they can only refund cash. Non-instant fresh coffee is at an extra cost.

It’s conveniently located in the Banani district which is the best part of Dhaka. Needless to say that finding a hotel that can offer standards somewhat similar to what an experienced business traveler is used to getting in the developed part of the world is a challenge in Dhaka and so Omni Residency seems to be one of those rare choices. There is always room for improvement as they say but my overall experience at the hotel was enjoyable. I think the best way I can share my experience is by saying - I am definitely staying at Omni Residency next time I’m in Dhaka.

An ongoing construction site next to the hotel was the reason of two unpleasant overnight experiences but the hotel staff offered to move to another room and the problem was resolved.

Amazing hotel. Pity we were only there 2 nights would have liked to stay longer. Super comfortable. Great rooms and bathrooms including room service. Breakfast was amazing and the staff were very helpful and arranged us a car and helped us contact another hotel to retrieve some lost property. We hadn't wanted to stay in Gulshan/Banani as we wanted to be more central and we thought it might be bit soulless but actually it's a very nice relaxed area and nice for wandering and we'd already had our time in the Dhaka hustle and bustle so it was a nice change of scene.

Nothing actually. Only that we would have liked to stay longer to enjoy it more. We didn't have time to enjoy any of the facilities but I'm sure they were amazing if the rooms are anything to go by.

Surprisingly quiet for Dhaka. Decent sized room. Good choice in restaurant.

The desk in the room was under the TV and there was not enough room to open my laptop fully without hitting the bottom of the TV. In order to avoid that, I had to pull the laptop forward so that it hung over the front of the desk. That made it difficult to use the keypad. The desk was fixed to the wall, so I could not move it forward to accommodate the laptop.

nice location, quite area close to busy streets in Dhaka. hotel with the necessary comfort, good wifi, silent. restaurant is good even if you have to wait a bit, it offers good food Indian / EU etc. breakfast is in line with many hotel in the area. at walking distance there are many options , many choices and even some supermarkets. room was ok, with a/c remote control so you can adjust by yourself, which is a good choice somehow. room size is ok. all considered at the cost it is, it is a great deal. hotel entrace is safe.

check in could be a bit faster.

The staff go out of their way to help and are very courteous. With extremely little notice, I informed them I would be arriving a day earlier than what I had booked. They were booked solid that day, so they arranged for me to stay in a room in their sister concern hotel just one street over until I could move into the room I had booked in advance in Omni. They made the entire process seamless, and even moved my luggage between hotels for me. I'll certainly be using this hotel again in the future, as I know I can count on them for great service.

The laundry service was much more expensive than I would have expected, and perhaps not worth the price. Next time I would probably just take my clothes to a local laundry service on my own.

The hotel offered complimentary breakfast which was great. All staff were very polite, well presented and friendly. The reception staff went out of their way to help me with my requirements. I have travelled to many countries including Dubai, Morocco, Turkey, Egypt and Europe and by far this boutique hotel has been my best experience. I felt like a valued guest and there was never a ‘No’ to any of my requests. They offered 24 hour room service and the taste and quality of the food was excellent. I checked in at a very earlier hour 1 am was not charged anything extra. The reception member Emaar checked me in and throughout my stay him and his colleagues provided top service which I will always remember. The hotel staff deserve a reward for such hard work and service.

I personally haven’t got anything to say here as I couldn’t find any flaws.

• Hotel is clean and good location near Banani Super Market. • Very nice interior design, good lighting and reading table have a nice revolving chair. • Though I have faced problems during checkin due to rush, but receptionist staffs always (Even during my check out) tells sorry about this problems which is fully professional and I liked best. - Overall I have stayed with a nice experience and will booked again soon !

• During checkin it takes more than 1 hour due to booking rush (almost rooms are filled up). But the receptionist guy tried best to checkin me with a room upgrade! At last he succeeded with consulting his management and give me room No-704. • There are some unnecessary instruments in 7th Floor corridor which are not sorted and some instruments in GYM are not working properly. Need to setup carefully. • Complimentary breakfast items should be increased!

Everything was excellent! Very hospitable and helpful staff (helped me to print out some things, arranged taxi to go back to the airport), nicely equipped room & great facilities, comfy bed, great location (many shops, cafes, restaurants around), good WiFi.

Nothing really. Maybe breakfast options for western people could be more diverse (as I stayed for 5 nights). Otherwise, it's good and delicious.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone specially thanks to Imran , Mazmun and Razum they guy every single time smile on face. when we see smily face the day was great.
