very clean

my stay was good the hotel was clean, staff were very friendly and breakfast was good lots of choices. the things I didn’t quite like about the hotel was the following -no kettle provided for tea/coffee etc -tv was small and far away from bed(not great with people who’s vision are not so great) -lighting was an issue the room was too dark and lights were placed in different angles and didn’t cover most of the room -smoking area was directly below up and every time we opened the window the room was covered with the cigarette smell

This was perfect for us as a stop off location on our way through to Germany. A great location just off the motorway to Brussels. The hotel is clean, and has all the amenities you would expect. There are also an abundance of Tesla charging points out the front of the hotel too so very well set up for electric vehicles.

The only things we didn’t like was the €9 charge for parking in the underground car park. I would expect this to be complimentary as opposed to a hefty charge for the night.

Staff were very very helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast. Stayed with my dog and he was allowed everywhere.

Hotel was not really central, but was about at 25 minute walk from town. I went to the desk one time and a manager of some sort seemed to be explaining something in great detail to the receptionist. He was the only one that kept us waiting and didn't even apologise. He didn't need to explain anything to her she was already excellent.

Very quiet room that was nice and clean, the comfortable bed was nice after a long drive as well. Breakfast was very good with a good selection of fresh bread, pastries, orange juice and coffee.

We arrived at 10pm and the lighting in the underground car park was poor. Turned off when unloading our cases out the car boot so had to use the torches on our mobile phones to get to the hotel lift lobby.

Hotel was clean and modern. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We ordered food at the restaurant, very tasty and good price. You can order food, drinks and pay on the Billy app at the table. Very handy.

The location, was a bit too far away for us. My own fault I thought I was booking the ibis in Brussels city centre.

Had a really nice room on the 3rd floor, and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the bar and food in the evening, and then even more happy with the breakfast, which was a really good buffet with high quality food options.

The parking was somewhat limited, especially with a taller vehicle as the garage parking is very low. But there is on street parking close by, so not too big a deal.

Great location! The staff was very friendly. The bed was very large. Very nice shower, with good soaps. Parking is 9 euro underground. Very silent... i didn`t hear other people. Provided an extra pillow.

The pilow was very soft. So maybe bring your own pilow or use the extra one in the room. Some small damages on the walls, but it is clean.

We've stayed before on our way to the Dunkirk ferry. It's easy to find, plenty of parking (€9 for the secure underground car park), the rooms are the usual Ibis standard and are quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff were all very pleasant and there's a selection of food available in the bar area.

It’s an Ibis, so it’s clean, comfortable and good value. There’s underground and open air parking on site, the breakfast buffet is good and you can get a simple dinner and a drink in the evenings. The hotel is close to the main road towards the Channel ports and is easy to find. The staff were really friendly too. Great for a stop over on the way to or from the ferries.

First of all, we've been attracted by location of the hotel. Not so far from Brussels and much cheaper than in Brussels. Nice place to stay overnight. Receptionist was very polite and friendly. He answered all our questions. Room itself is spacious, clean, warm and cozy. Our children enjoyed and we spent wonderful night and recovered after long walking in Brussels. In the morning we were surprised by delicious and various breakfast, there were friendly people around. Children wore Christmas clothes and enjoyed yummy Belgium chocolate with hot milk. We would definitely recommend that hotel, it's worth to stay.)
