Front desk staff. The complimentary glass of Champagne (on Christmas Eve). The smart idea of setting up an hotel adjacent to a working factory. These people are making the best possible use of their real estate. Well done! The bed comfort was excellent.

The private parking is across the street and the crossing requires a lot of caution especially once it's dark. The configuration of the road in front of the hotel door can lead to a lack of visibility of the pedestrians by the incoming cars. Pedestrians, be focused when you are crossing! I strongly recommend the hotel owner to work with the city to improve the safety of the pedestrian crossing.

Clean convenient and very helpful staff. Also very safe storage inside for our bicycles and quick access to Meuse bike path. Also liked the balcony and large comfy bed.

We were aware there was no evening restaurant in hotel (but very good breakfast) but others might find it a problem. Staff helpfully provided us with a list of restaurants in the area that should meet all tastes.

I was very satisfied about the friendly service. Especially I was happy that I was friendly reminded that the breakfast was ready (I slept too long). Great that the staff take care about their guests. Also I was really impressed about the design of this hotel which was built around an old industry hall. On some places are windows from which the inside of the hall could be seen. Overall I like the unique modern design and the friendly service of the staff.

Friendly staff. Easy night access. Easy safe parking. Very special hotel built in a metal-working factory. There is absolutely nothing you can hear, they must have good soundproof isolation between the hotel and the factory.

The street side isolation was a bit less so i could hear all cars passing by. If you're sensitive to that you should ask for a backside room.

We were arriving late at night and were provided in advance with all access arrangements and car parking information to make checking in easy. The room was modern and clean and was serviced every day.

We didn’t realise breakfast wasn’t included and was expensive to buy. No restaurant or bar.

Its was clean and comfortable. Really quiet. We loved the coolness of looking out over the metalwork factory!

The single pillow we each had was thin and useless. There was one tea bag, coffee sachet and waterglass in our room. My girls room was well stocked and they had bottled water.

Wow! What a fabulous building. The exterior doesn't do the inside justice. The creation of a hotel within an industrial building and turning into a work of art is an achievement. Simplicity at it's best. Great beds and room sizes. Funky balconies and a wonderful warm welcome. Yummy breakfast. Sorry the 4 cyclists were such pigs!!

Nice rooms and original concept to integrate factory and hotel. Good location with parking space and close to the train station and restaurants in the center.

The breakfast was very modest. Only, bread some cheese/sausage, croissant and coffee/tea. No fruit, yoghurt/milk, cereals. Not worth 15EURO. But there are some nice locations for breakfast at close walking distance from the hotel.

Excellent staff at the front desk. We were there on our wedding anniversary and they even surpised us with a bottle of wine. Excellent service. They spoke English and also gave us a list of restaurants to visit. Located on top of a steel factory with plenty of attention to detail incorporating the history into the rooms.

A very stylish modern room with a small kitchen interestingly located inside a working metal factory, you can actually see into the workshops. The staff are very helpful and there’s a safe bike storage space.
