The reception made me feel very welcome. The room was spacious and decorated with a twist and a nice mix of modern luxury and older style elements. The rain shower was very relaxing and a great start and finish of the day. And maybe the best part, the breakfast prepared by Matthew with healthy superfoods along with what I rate as one of the best croissants I’ve ever tasted. This was a great kickstart and a true hangover killer.

the check in and out times were very strict and limited. felt somewhat pressured to check out as I received a call in my room at 10am to say the cleaner had to come in to clean, was not given the option to extend my check out if I needed to. i am used to checking out at noon and which gives me some time to wake up slowly, have breakfast and prepare without feeling rushed. check in time was after 4pm …

Seemed a bit inflexible and complicated at first, but considering the concept of the Hotel understandable in the end. very nice hosts!

Car parking closes at 7pm Luckily there was outside car park available around the corner. Although there was an expresso machine available in the room, no coffee capsules or tea were supplied in the room. No extra toilet roll available as spare.

Everything about this property is awesome - the rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated yet functional, the bathrooms are great and clean. But what makes this property so exceptional is the love and passion of each and everyone of the staff. They are wonderful and extremely attentive. I CAN ONLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY STRONGLY

Nothing could have been better!

Everything about this hotel is designed with love and the ensemble is just astonishing. The owners are really welcoming and friendly, room is super spacious with a nice terrace overlooking a park. And the breakfast is simply amazing, couldn’t ask for more. Super central location, conveniently located just outside the small ring in Hasselt and 5 min walk from the main square.

It was a pity that the restaurant was still closed because of COVID but a great excuse to come back, everything was great! No complaints at all.

Location, room, bathroom and interior were very nice.

In time of a Covid restrictions, we expect that hotel offers some food delivery from a nice restaurant...but we have not this option. It was a business trip and we even can not find working shops for food, after finishing work. Only takeaway orders by internet, but mostly were kebab and pizza...Also, I can recommend to provide two more pillows for the deluxe room-we have only one for a person and it was very uncomfortable. Otherwise, in a better time, I am sure the place is perfect for staying when visit Hasselt.

Check-out at 10AM is a bit early to really enjoy your morning

We stayed in this gem of a boutique hotel with a unique concept. The repurposed mansion has beel fully renovated with high level of attention for detail. We enjoyed listening to the story of the renovations from the owners almost as much as our stay. Very conveniently located and exceptional breakfast experience! We're coming back!

Our room was very clean and tastefully decorated, with a nice terrace and beautiful view. The owners were very welcoming and took the time to explain us the history of the place. We also enjoyed a very good aperitivo on the terrace of the bar. Last but not least, the Sunday morning breakfast was among the best we ever had!
