Wonderful breakfast, nice and clean rooms (the comic theme is a lovely decoration idea) and very helpful staff. Location nearby the train station is interesting.

It was a rather long walk to the real city center and the old town. There are not enough parking spaces for the hotel guests so we had to park in another part of the parking - but on the other hand, nobody made a problem of that. Entering the hotel with a car is confusing (it's not clearly marked where the hotel parking entrance is located, so most of the guests first drive onto the patio and then get stuck). And the constructions works for the new tram make the city very difficult to reach (as well by car as on foot), but that's not something the hotel can do about.

Now I stay in this hotel several times per year and also put my staff in this hotel when in Liege. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. Wifi works very well. Ovation works well for me.

Now considering am a good customer of this hotel I was very disappointed that they did not accommodate my request. In fact they did exactly what I asked them not to do. I was travelling with my young family and they put our 2 room as far apart as possible which made things very difficult for us. I expect better service than this considering the business I give them.

Awesome staff. Really helpful, from Receptionists to breakfast staff. Great Parking facilities at a fair price. Clean room, shower room. Maybe not the best, or most functional design but was clean. It's clear that Ibis and their staff try to make it as family friendly as possible. And while I greatly appreciate Ibis efforts, Liège council has some serious social issues to sort out. Although I'll stay at this Ibis again, I doubt I'll take my family to Guillemins.

Guillemins "great design yes" ad Liège, are a clear example of gentrification. I understand its a lengthy process but they are clearly far from the nitty gritty. Let's just say that Guillemins station in the evening doesn't feels that friendly/safe.

Now I usually really like this hotel, it’s in a good location nice rooms with nice big TV Wifi works well and the staff are friendly. Bathrooms are good. Nice clean hotel.

I was in room 114 which is a really weird shape room, the sofa was made up as a bed. The room is also right next to a stair well which was noisy. Also the room was right above the main entrance and I was woken up at 07.00 by builders. Also delivery trucks making lots of noise. Anyway I was really disappointed as my last review said how great this hotel is because it is so quiet.

Poor notification regarding access to hotel - both me and several others I witnessed tried to drive to front door to unload, only to be stopped by a barrier that could not be opened? Once speaking with reception, they advised we needed to reverse back on to main road and turn into archway 10m away to access underground car parking.

We had a very good stay here. It was the first time taking our dog with us. The lady at the reception was very friendly. The hotel and room were very clean and looked new. Also the free coffee was a bonus and very good!

We had a cocktail at the bar from the hotel but were a bit disappointed. We both ordered a mojito but it literally tasted like water with some mint. Also the rooms were too warm! The windows only opened a little bit so it felt very hot and unhealthy to sleep in such heat. We like sleeping in a bit cooler environment were there is fresh air.

if you’re traveling with train, hotel is right in front of the station (2 mins walking-just cross the street). But if you prefer to stay in the city center, it is 20 mins walking distance. but there are buses going to the center, so still location is pretty good. breakfast is really good with many fresh options. they have 24 hr open coffee machine in the reception area. rooms are clean and staff is nice and helpful.

Good location near the train station and at a walking distance to the city center. Good restaurants in the area, good location generally speaking. The staff was always kind and helpful, good breakfast, somedays crowded, but ok. Good bar in the evening very well supplied, but closing at 23.00.

The cards needed to be reprogrammed almost each day. There were always problems while accessing the parking garage or the room door. We were told that the cause was that we had two key cards. Not sure this was it.

Stayed there for 4 nights. Location good - just 2 min walk from Liege Guillemins train station. The Hotel is very recent, very cool modern looking and clean. The bed was comfortable and overall the room was very nice. I didn't have to use the paid WiFi so I used the free WiFi, and it was fine (even worked fine Netflix on my iPad). All of the staff members were very friendly and polite. Breakfast was very good. Oh and there is free access to the coffee machine 24/7, even if you are on the run and want to grab a coffee with you to go, then there are takeaway cups provided as well. To me this is a super nice gesture that I really appreciated. I highly recommend this place.

This b&b is just a few steps from the station of Liege Guillemins: the position is very good to go to the city center or to the university in Sart-Tilman. The receptionists are kind and available to help for your needs (call a taxi, baggage deposit, help to find long term accommodations in Liege, info about buses). Around the hotel there are several places where to eat, and it's ideal for short term stays. The room and bathroom were well clean.

The breakfast should be more inclusive for vegan, lactose intolerant people and it should offer gluten free options. The coffee can be taken from a coffee machine, but the quality is very low. I think that the hotel could offer the service for an espresso or a cappuccino a la carte.
