The most outstanding impression we got was from the staff including the manager. Although not everything was perfect the team was always at hand to help and gave us the feeling, that we were truly welcome. The manager seemed to be there around the clock and was not only a great help in finding decent restaurants but was also always attentive and humorous. He and his staff made our 3 days stay a real pleasure. Breakfast was very good with a large variety of cheese and cold cuts and smoked salmon as well as fruit and cereals. All kind of sweet breads (Croissant etc.), normal bread and Baguettes were at hand. Smoothies, freshly squeezed orange juice, a variety of teas and coffees were also offered.

There was a shortage of staff sometimes. I presume that therefore no scrambled eggs, bacon etc. was being offered - still the breakfast was very good! And the "everywhere"-Manager compensated the absence of staff members extremely well!!!

A bit hard to find the hotel at first but after calling the reception desk we were waved in. The woman in the reception was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was located in the city centre and it was close to restaurants and bars. Liege is perhaps not the prettiest town we’ve seen, but for us who stayed over one night (in transit to France) it was the perfect stop! The rooms were very nice, fresh and modern. The beds at the hotel were very comfortable, the rooms modern with a large and luxurious shower. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic with freshly baked bread and freshly pressed orange juice. We would definitely come back!

There should be a bigger sign outside the hotel so it’s easier to find. I also think the reception could be refurbished so it looks just as nice and modern as the rooms :)

We appreciated the room & bathroom sizes. We were located in the building at the back of the desk and got a bathroom with privacy as required (thank you again). Safety box in the room (but not fixed in the wall!!!) Breakfast was good. Location perfect in city ctr. Public car park next door (15€/24h). Friendly staff at the desk.

Nothing so important but lots of small things that would make the difference. Checking at 3pm not negociable and luggage keeping proposal but in a public area only (we refused because not safe according to us). Friendly staff in breakfast but not very efficient (very slow for serving, tables not cleared before hours). No eggs for breakfast. No agreement with carpark next door for discount. No kettle nor coffee machine in the room

The position in the centre of town was good and the municipal car park is very near. There are some quirky design details that differentiates it. The staff were friendly. The quality of the food provided for breakfast very high - orange juice squeezed, coffee made fresh etc.

Some of the quirkyness doesn't work- the shower door didn't close flush and the water didn't drain away so between the two the basin area floor , outside the shower room, was sopping wet. The view of a brick wall about a 1m away could have been better! No kettle or fridge in room.

The receptionist, Klara, was friendly and welcoming after the long trip from Arnhem and she was so helpful in directing me to a place I’d been recommended. The room was comfy and the shower great and I also appreciated CNN being on TV given the reasonable price! The hotel is well-located for bars and restaurants and there was a lovely patisserie for breakfast on the corner just a few yards to the left as you exit the hotel.

A room with more light would been nice but my window looked onto a brick wall. Not a big issue really. The hotel is quite far from the Liege-Guillemins station - about 1.25 miles - and quite hard to find in the narrow streets around Place de St Denis.

clean, heated correctly ( not too hot or cold) , nice and comfortable bed, calm (no street noises) closed to a street with various options for diner (Asian, American, Italian, Mexican and Belgian…) parking (15€ for the night) almost next door but be aware it is city center parking so very narrow spaces !

breakfast is served only after 08:00 am so be aware when you are traveling for business no separating wall between room and bathroom (restroom was separated though) at least in the room I had

The hotel room is really well designed, making it incredibly practical for a single night stay. Open shower without water spilling over the reast of the bathroom, bag rest and dresser ideally located, enough space desk to work a little, a lot of surface to empy pockets, clever lighting system.

Too many light switches - although this provides finer ways of lighting up the room - it a little complicated for someone staying for a single night to understand all the variants.

I may have gotten a high end room (824) due to the large space and high ceilings, it seemed quite spacious - especially the bathroom which was great and had an impressive shower and dual sinks (and dual twin beds) with lots of space and high faucets which make all uses much easier. Conveniently close to St Denis church and St Denis parking lot (14€ for 24hrs) as well as the central downtown area between there and the cathedral.

The ceiling in my room was so high, that the AC was pretty much non-functional, especially being around a corner above the door and no where near the bed and “living” space of the room. The mini fridge was a great feature to have, but it was placed in a wooden box without air holes for ventilation - so the entire box was hot and fridge cannot work well when all exhaust heat is trapped around it. The shower was nice, but one of those where the shower floor is the bathroom floor - so have to be careful with the shower water. Checkin before 10pm when front desk service ends.

Our two level room was amazing! We had children with us our entire vacation and stayed in hotels with two beds side by side in one room so it was nice to have them get their own space.

The location being somewhat on a back side street. We thought the GPS was taking us to a dead end because there was no where to go and the voice kept saying you have reached your destination. A few extra instructions on your website would be nice.

Large apartment in the center of Liege, with full kitchen and washer/dryer. Large comfortable bedroom. Quiet and very clean. Very good value. Great location near metro station and main Christmas market.

Narrow staircase may be challenging for some, especially if there is a lot of luggage. Construction all over Liege makes it a little tough for pedestrians, but unavoidable. A new tramline, etc is worth it.
