When reading several other reviews, I didn't understand. Some give very high marks, others very low marks. Some praising the cleanliness, others criticizing it extremely. Some saying they were satisfied with their rooms, others saying it was in an urgent need of "renovation". I don't know who is right or not, but either many reviews are dishonest, or perhaps I was "very lucky". I was attended to by two employees, one at check in, the other at check out and in both cases, everyone was very friendly and had a smile on their faces. The cleaning lady was also very helpful when I asked for information when I arrived on the floor. I really liked the hotel, the room was good and apparently new (maybe it was remodeled in time for my stay (?)). Excellent location for those who want to be close to the train station and not necessarily in the city center. Good variety of places to eat and have a drink, just few steps away. With the window closed, you won't hear trains or their horns, and no sounds from the street at all. Comfortable bed. Very nice bathtub.

The location is excellent: the hotel is across the road from the impressive Liège-Guillemins station. The staff were helpful: I was delayed in my arrival due to a late train and messaged the hotel to ensure that I could still check-in. Within the hour I received a reply saying that I could. When I arrived, I rang the desk and checked-in without difficulty. When I had a problem with my keycard on the second day, the staff member at the desk fixed the issue immediately. The room was small, but clean and the bed was comfy.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean, waterfall shower had excellent pressure and bed was really soft and comfortable. The brasserie downstairs has a great selection of food and drinks including vegetarian options. I stayed for 1 night between getting a train in from Germany and back out to fly from Charleroi so the location right by the station was excellent for me. It’s also close to the river, museum and one of the stops for the navette up to the old town.

A little info sheet in the rooms with things like the time of breakfast, opening hours of the brasserie, phone number for reception etc would have been great. Although I was told them on check-in it’s difficult to remember it all when it’s the third hotel you’ve stayed in this week or you’re tired from a long flight. Otherwise everything was lovely.

Reception staff were polite and welcoming. The room was clean. The location is excellent, being opposite the train station.

The room stank of cigarette smoke. I'm not sure if the smell was from the AC/heater unit above the entrance in the room, or from a neighbouring room. But it should be fixed. The mattress was uncomfortable, and would benefit being replaced with a firmer one. There was no English translations on the restaurant menu.

Absolutely amazing. The place is right by the main train station and it is unbelievably quiet. My room looked right out on a busy street and the windows offered surprisingly good isolation. Everything was clean, comfortable. The staff were kind, helpful, and spoke English. I missed some hot dishes at breakfast (e.g. eggs), but it was relatively cheap, and very good value for the price. Internet connection worked well the entire stay. The location couldn't be more central, and Liege in general is a very good hub for sightseeing around. Highly recommended!

The room and bathroom were very clean! The bed was comfortable and I liked that we had some facilities such as a TV, locker and enough outlets and USB ports. Very friendly staff!

It can be a bit noisy because the hotel is located opposite the train station and busy streets. Also it’s noisy when people talk/walk in the hallways. But I’ve got nothing more to complain. Overall it was a very good hotel and I do recommend it.

It is right beside railway station. There are many choices of restaurants at any price level on the same street nearby, as well as supermarkets. The room is clean.

There is a bar/cafe/restaurant on the ground floor. Somehow, it only has drinks but not food at the dinner time. It is not too much a problem since there are many restaurants nearby.

we had a room with 3 beds which was ideal - room was big and clean and shower was good except you had to hold the head instead of just standing under it

not sure where the garage was because we found a space on the road breakfast offer wasn't much for 10e

We were very pleased with our comfortable room so near to Liege station. The sound proofing was good and our beds very comfortable, we slept well. The shower in the ensuite worked well. The decoration of the room was a bit tired but it was all spotlessly clean. A great place to stay when travelling by train.

No kettle in the room.

Family room is fully renovated. A lot of space, corner with a small living room, ideal for kids to play and eat. Comfortable beds and also a lot of space in the bathroom. There is also a microwave available on groud floor, which made our life easier since we had to warm up water for the baby.

No negative remarks.
