Very large room and a very large bathroom even the bed was huge. Staff I met were helpful and friendly especially considering, like a lot of my countrymen, I only speak English. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Location opposite the station was good for me as using it as a base for travelling around but be aware of your surroundings at night. As with the majority of places the station area seems to attract the local undesirables.

The communal areas, corridors and general facade need a major upgrade to match the rooms

It's a really nice hotel - clean, comfortable, good breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were happy to recommend places to eat and gave us a map. We arrived by car and it was easy to find as it's opposite the station and there's a reduced rate in a nearby car park for hotel guests. It's near the centre of town and not far from the river, so makes a good base to explore. We're hoping to go back to Namur soon and would be very happy to sta again.

The quadruple glass kept out the street noise, bed was very comfortable, electric kettle in room for making coffee, tiny fridge, the view of train station, locked baggage storage, all was good.!

I think the safe didn't work I my room but I 'm not sure and didn't really need it anyway. Also I wasn't quite sure how to regulate the shower. Might be helpful to leave a note explaining it.

A fine hotel right across the railway station and a 10 minutes walk from city historical centre. Although at first the building looks old and tired, the room is renovated, spacious and nice. Everyone was very polite and breakfast was nice too!

Just one thing, in the middle of the night the bathroom started smelling quite badly but as soon as we opened a window it was fine.

Very convenient location - vis a vis train station and close to the town centre. Comfy beds. Ensuite room with small fridge, kettle large TV and AC. Soundproof windows (no noise from street works). Very good breakfast, variable choice and all fresh. Excellent front desk service.

A refurb would uplift the hotel to higher level, especially in common areas.

there was construction on the square but luckily we got the room facing the yard so did not hear any noise. Paud parking was quite dirty and elevator was broken, so it was difficult to carry our bags with the baby pram. Not the fault of hotel, though

Great service. Reception staff are very helpful and friendly. Room was lovely and quiet. Breakfast was perfect and they even had chocolate croissants for the morning I left at 6am. They organised an airport taxi for me. There was an option to order evening meal - I ordered niçoise salad and chocolate mousse. Both were delicious and plentiful.

One of the towels in the bathroom looked quite old and should be replaced.

Impressive facade. All the advantages of being very close to central railway station ( and disadvantages - see below). Room was adequate with usual amenities including a fridge . Our window looked out to a lift shaft but I think we had a budget room. Reception staff very nice.

Namur has obvious social problems and like most big cities the desperate, destitute, homeless, beggars and druggies congregate around the station and by default the front of the hotel. Either intimidating or interesting street theatre depending on you outlook.

The staff were helpful, and provided storage for our bicycles. Our room was well equipped and the air conditioning unit was very effective and silent. The kettle and and fridge were very useful. The breakfast was very good and available from very early.

They were upgrading the pavement outside, so we had to watch our footing.

The Breakfasts. Step free access to rooms. Big comfortable bed. Fresh towels daily. Convenient for railway station.

The side of the bath was too high and unsuitable for someone with limited mobility. Next time we will request a shower. No tumblers in in bathroom.
