We had a nice cute room with a good bed. They have their own parking lot. Breakfast is being held in a beautiful restaurant, the food was good too. They also have a nice relaxing room, but regardless all 170 EUR per night is a little bit too much.

There is nobody at the reception between 12 and 14, so this means that even if you booked a place for your car, you can’t park it there until somebody shows up at 14pm which is super inconvenient. we understand that checkin is from 14 and didn’t ask to accommodate us but we came earlier and we at least wanted to leave our car at the parking lot and go have lunch, instead we had to search for another place to park and pay there too. I just think it is super weird that there is literall nobody in the whole hotel for two hours to help guests.

Very good location, in the city centre. Good cleaning, quiet and relaxing place. friendly Staff, very comfortable bed, enjoyable lounge with pool table, board games, etc…

there’s no frigobar and the check out it’s too early, you have to check out before 11am.

The location was excellent. Parking available outside. Lots of perfect coffee shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Very clean.

The room was quiet warm, even though it wasn't that warm outside We could open the window but you could then hear other guests / staff walking by.

Nice sized rooms, just as described with very comfortable bed and a good quiet night. Breakfast really sets you up for the day ahead with a very wide choice, hot/cold, cereals, breads, pastries you name it! Just a pleasant short walk to the railway station and town centre. Definitely one to return too.

Coming to the end of a building extension which perhaps hampered parking, but that should soon be over, and I was aware before travelling.

The hotel room is quite basic, but the bathroom is nice and the bed is comfortable. They are currently in the process of renovating and extending the hotel (finished sometime in mid/late 2022?) so I guess once the new wing is complete they will probably update the current rooms. The price-per-quality is good. The restaurant is excellent - much better than the hotel.

The room itself feels kind of dated, like early 1990s, but everything is properly maintained, it's just a bit old-feeling. I think the hotel managers must know they need an update, and based on the property currently being a bit of a construction site (although no problem or inconvenience at all when we were there) I imagine it will be nice and current by this time next year.

The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant is amazing. Highly recommended to get the menu. and Highly recommended to get the breakfast. The location is right in the centre in the small town of SPA. There is abundance of parking for hotel guests. The neighbourhood and street is very calm and quiet. And they had the cleanest bathroom amongst all hotels/places I visited in Europe.

The walls between rooms a re bit thin so there was a lot sounds coming from the next door, because I had some noisy neighbours, but it was not a problem.

Highlight was the restaurant - absolutely exceptional. Staff were all polite, friendly and helpful. Overall, exceeded expectations.

Not enough car parking, maybe a factor of extension work currently in progress. When the hotel is extended, it will be important to ensure adequate off-street parking is available.

Friendly welcome, clean rooms and comfortable bed, reserved parking and of course fantastic breakfasts.

Leaving of course. Nothing at all to complain about, why I return.

It was a very practical location. Very nice rooms. I enjoyed the convenience of the breakfast aswell.

Maybe adding more of a selection during breakfast, and allowing guests to take an apple with them for their day ahead.

Unfortunately there's a lot of building work going on at the hotel, it didn't soil are time there and will be looking forward to our next stay there.
