Breakfast was varied and the staff were sympathetic. It was a great advantage to have a direct funicular to the thermal center. If you want to take a walk in nature after breakfast, The Hotel is 5 minutes away from the start of mountain roads. After the walk, you can have dinner in the center and return to your hotel in 2 minutes. The proximity to restaurants and museums creates a vacation atmosphere and comfort.

The water outlet of the bathtub was blocked with a metal. It had to be removed every time for the water to flow down the drain and it was difficult to remove.

The room was quite spacious, very clean and with an amazing view at the Place Royale. Bathrobes and many towels were available at the room and could be used at the Thermes de Spa. The funicular was particularly useful and it was taking us to the Thermes de Spa... wearing our bathrobes. The view from the funicular was stunning. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices of hot and cold buffet, various types of bread and pastries. The restaurant was also very good with reasonable prices and good portions. The staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay again!!

Expect Radisson understated quality and elegance. The rates are high, but probably worth it if you will be visiting the Spa baths for the bathrobe from room to spa experience, which we really enjoyed. Beds very comfy, relaxing room decor, clean. I can imagine this Radisson is an excellent choice for meeting/seminar stays. Spa is an attractive little town and this Radisson is in a top location.

Our in-house restaurant experience for dinner was very good, but breakfast was a disappointing standard 3-4star. Everything there but nothing special. (I remember spectacular spreads at other Radisson hotels, but maybe that has changed in general)

We went there to celebrate our wedding anniversary, I requested a cake the hotel staff was very kind to provide it to us for free. Therefore everything during our stay was perfect. The bed, breakfast, room, and terrace were exceptionally great.

A small note for improvement: I think the reception desk is a bit understaffed, we had to wait for about 25 minutes to check in as there was a huge queue and only 1 receptionist.

Good location. You can get changed in the room and wear your bathrobe to the Thermes Spa (price not included in the hotel fees and should book in advance)

All is good. The only thing I would complain about is that the French toast for breakfast is very dry. Other food options are all good.

Location, access to Thermes Spa via private entry on funicular tram. Good breakfast, clean well appointed room especially if you get a balcony suite, secure parking ( book in advance ), it can be busy, a little tight getting in and out but we managed OK with a Landrover Defender.

A little disruption this stay due to preparation of the central square for an event, but this did not detract from the hotel overall.

breakfast was really great, rooms were clean - didn't use the spa because was traveling with baby the location is very good at one side nature for hiking and trail, on the other side city and culture - 100%!

the airco did not seem to work in the room (too hot) and CO2 level got high fast which made it uncomfortable to sleep

The room was spacious enough for 2 people. The bed was comfortable,the appliances worked well.

The pillows were too flat,which resulted in neck cramps the following morning. The room was clean,but the cleaning staff did not remove used glasses. Likewise,the cleaning staff removed our spa towels that we found in the wardrobe,and did not replace them. Additionally, there was some considerable dust accumulation under the bed. The restroom lacked a shelf to put down personal hygiene products.

Good and comfortable room, well cleaned. Good abundant breakfast. Perfect the connection with the Thermes. Personnel very kind and helpful.

Room was too warm, we asked to reduce the heating (not possible to do that manually from the room itself) and it went better.
