This is a beautiful resort that has full accommodations and an outstanding staff who are there to make your stay memorable. The pool is amazing. The pool bar is a welcome break from the heat. The restaurant on-site is first class.

Unfortunately, the resort location is not near downtown San Pedro and its shopping and restaurants. Golf carts are the main mode of transportation to downtown, which can be a little hectic and chaotic.

This property is stunning! It is 17 years old and in as good of condition today as it was newly built then! The pool areas are unbelievable! The hot tub is perfect temp and large enough to accommodate many guests. The property was always immaculate! I absolutely can not say enough about how prompt and amazing the staff were to us all week! From the front desk to the bar service it was 10/10. We were a group of 10 and were so well taken care of 24/7! Great location north of town where the sargasm isn’t so bad so the smell is better than closer to town. The sea is still unenjoyable like all of the windward side of Ambergris. However it’s a 20-30 mins golf cart ride to Secret Beach which is gorgeous and very relaxing! There are great food options at the resort (the kids LOVED the pizza) and several right across the street that have great food (Tipsy Lobster was great!). They provided us unlimited 5 gallon refills of filtered water as well as 1 lb bags of ice. Only complaint was when both showers in the master or even both showers in our 2 bath unit were running at once the water was only luke warm at best. But that was easily solved by only one person using the showers at a time! The best part is the bathrooms have ceiling fans and exhaust fans!! So your towels and swim suits are dry overnight unlike any other usual beach environment where things stay damp! Don’t forget your bug spray! You don’t want to terry long in the golf cart parking area as the mosquitos are quite bad in that area. However they do spray regularly at the resort which helps! We will definitely be back and this will be where we recommend anyone to stay while in San Pedro! You won’t be disappointed!

Water temp in shower not always super hot

Upon arrival, we were greeting by an exceptionally hospitable staff equipped with recommendations and a jovial tone. The rooms were clean and every island-esque. The staff continued to be friendly and inquisitive about our needs throughout our week-long stay. The pool area was well maintained with picturesque ocean views. I’ll definitely be recommending to my family and friends. Should I find myself back in the beautiful country of Belize again, I’ll be staying here once again.

We loved the resort! Amazing pool and beautiful property. The staff was all so helpful and friendly. It truly exceeding our expectations. The massage from Flora was exceptional! We also had a great tour with Pepper, one of the guides at ruff N tuff, the on-site tour company.

I would have preferred daily housekeeping, especially because they kept leaving our large family only 2 towels, so we constantly had to request more. The formal restaurant was delicious, but sort of unusual ambiance for a tropical island. I think we would have gone more if the restaurant had a more fun, relaxed, colorful vibe.

Location on the water, waterfront but couldn’t access the water there

Location was a bit out if the way, but they made getting to the resort easy. Food was good, very tasty and had options for my four year-old. Staff was exceptional, always ready to help and super friendly

Bed was a little lumpy, and the beach was not as good as I'd hoped for. Seaweed was a problem, but there wasn't much they could do about that. Hoped for white sand beaches, but they weren't as nice as other Caribbean destinations

Great small beach resort. good value for money, good for families with small kids, food at pool bar and restaurant were decent.

Watch out for incidentals. They will not get paid automatically despite them storing credit card info when you check in. We had to go to the reception and pay for the incidentals before leaving.

This place is phenomenal. They nailed the most important things - rooms and a great saltwater pool. They have the best pool(s) on the caye with very nice lounge chairs and umbrellas spread out. Two pool areas, one with large stone structure with stairs and a slide (into deep end and it is deep at 10+ feet), other has volleyball net. Rooms are wonderful - large 2 BR rooms with kitchen and ceiling fans/AC. They'll bring you more water/ice/coffee - very responsive! We had a two bedroom pool-facing room. The living area furniture, while nice, wasn't the type you could really lay down on but was fine for sitting/watching TV. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was good - free coffee and a 10 gallon jug of water which was awesome! The ceiling fans could be set to lower or very high speeds which I loved. Tips: 1) If you are staying for more than 3 days, rent a cart for your entire stay in advance - cheaper. You can only get gas in town at two places so check your levels often. Town is 20 minutes south and once you cross the bridge, the streets are bumpy. Don't be afraid to give people rides - many workers have to walk 5+ miles each way to work. It's safe and it costs you nothing. We got some good tips on places as well! 2) Definitely visit secret beach. 18-22 minutes north then directly west - road can get very bumpy. Fun bars/restaurants and some of the best food we had on the trip. It's really the only nice beach on the Caye. 3) The Hol-Chan/Shark Alley and Mexico Rocks snorkel tours are worth it - just book through Tuff eNuff tours which is right next door and they'll charge it to the room. $55/adult. Not sure on price for kids. 4) San Pedro is interesting to see and good to visit for fresh fruit but we never really had a good meal there. Everyone was very friendly but we found ourselves staying more near CocoBeach and Secret Beach.

Wifi was near non-existent. We got a credit but it wasn't near worth the frustration we faced. While we were there to relax, there were times we really needed a connection that lasted more than ten minutes. The food was okay. After three okay meals, we ate at the Truck Stop, the little bunch of places just north of Coco Beach (D'Local, Ernie's Grill, a breakfast place), or in town. First night/morning we were eaten alive (10+ bites in less than a minute) just parking the cart and trying to lock it. They sprayed after that and it was much better but bring repellent!

We stayed in the Casitas. It was amazingly nice. Far better than the photos showed. The bed was perfect and the staff went so far beyond my expectations.

Water pressure was pretty low but not horrible. Cart rentals were high but getting a rental delivered from an outside company was easy.

Great small resort! It never felt busy or crowded. Service at the bar was great! The sea view rooms are spacious and the kitchens are well equipped. Just the right distance from SanPedro.

The actual restaurant needs a make over. They are trying to go high end and I don’t think anyone used the entire week we were on location.
