Very clean, good breakfast, and good location

The door is locked 24/7, so, guests must depend upon the person on duty to be immediately available to come to the door to let them in. While I appreciate the security, this can also be a bit inconvenient.

Excellent location, walking distance to all attractions, markets and public transportation Wonderful hospitality by owners (administrator) they are fully responsive and helping for all queries. When we decide to visit Mostar city at very early morning which before breakfast opening time, Administrator lady prepared for us sandwiches and some fruit packs. She was very kind. Breakfast was also very good and more than enough Rooms were very clean and hotel was quite for sleep and rest.

I think the staff was phenomenal and friendly. Willing to go out of their way to help. The breakfast was good. For Americans and Canadians: the coffee is different in Bosnia and is strong. You don't want or need a full mug of coffee. The location was amazing. 2 minutes from Baščaršija. Coffee shops, stores and convenience are literally 5 minutes by foot. There is parking but I recommend going car-free to this hotel. Everything is so close already.

Friendly and helpful staff! Breakfast is like it is in small hotels, but definitely nothing to complain about, everything was delicious. Own garage is absolutely a big plus. The room was clean and nice, air-conditioning worked well. I loved the book decorations all over in the hotel. The location is wonderful.

All the noise outside and inside can be heard very easily. Wi-fi worked well in the morning, but in the evening, it had to be re-connected all the time.

This was a pleasant hotel only about 5 minutes walk from the heart of Sarajevo Old Town. The staff at reception were pleasant, the room was of a good standard and the room rate was very reasonable. There are numerous restaurant options in the old town.

The wi-fi played up on occasion. It is a 40-minute walk to the bus and railway station, however there is a tram from the old town that can take you there. My room had a sloping ceiling so mind your head if you are sleeping on the bed underneath the area where the ceiling is low.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel because of the perfect location of course but mostly because of how nice the owners were! They are very attentive to our needs and took good care of us during our stay. They arranged an airport shuttle and while driving from the airport, Inez (hope that is spelled correctly) took the time to give us a tour of the city! She also suggested many good places to eat and told us about the regional food. From the time I booked to our departure, Andrea was always listening and answering all my questions! This hotel is run by a wonderful family and Sarajevo is a beautiful city that should be on everyone’s list of places to visit! We would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay there again if we come back to Sarajevo!

The only thing we would have changed is maybe a more comfortable chair to sit on in the bedroom. : )

It was right near the heart of Sarajevo. Everything is walkable. The people that run the hotel are absolutely wonderful and so kind. The beds are SO comfortable and the AC was WONDERFUL after a long summer day wandering the streets. Breakfast is simple and has everything you need.

It is very well located near the old town. We could walk and see the museums , the shops , and restaurants . The ladies who received us were extremely nice ana helpful . Always with a great attitude . The breakfast and coffee excellent

Maybe just the shower was a little bit small for us

- Breakfast was delicious - room is spacious and very clean. - hotel is in relative quiet area and still very close to the old city centre - the hotel is a family business with super friendly owners! Andrea, the lady from the hotel, helped us out with the correct directions for local bus and tram to reach the ‘tunnel of hope’ and to get at the train station to travel to Mostar. Andrea even suprised us with a breakfast package in the early Morning when we left to Mostar. - We felt us very welcome
