The Junior Executive Suite on the 3rd floor overlooked the Old Town in Sarajevo, and you watched the sun rise. The neighborhood is QUIET, almost silent at night, letting you enjoy the stars at night. The bed is firm and enormous. Comfy, and I slept like a baby each night. The room is cleaned, the bed made, and new towels are added daily. The staff speaks English way better than my Bosnian. The free Continental Breakfast is amazing. Everything is clean, gorgeous, and the staff, facilities, location, food...all amazing. They even called a cab for me to make my departing flight. Just exceptional. The experience was just as lovely as my stay in Japan. They know hospitality here in Bosnia! I'm returning to Sarajevo in April or May 2023, and will reserve at Hotel Aziza for 3 weeks, same amazing room. I won't stay anywhere else! I love this hotel and staff so much! They made this traveler feel so welcomed! Love them!!!

I didn't get to stay longer. Also, no laundry cleaning on-site. But, nothing is perfect.

.Quite. Lights at night or morning time sunlight entering the room from everywhere. Breakfast really nice. Stuff are helpful.

Towels were not clean. Faced invoice issues. Which didn't solve yet. For bussniess it's. May not be suitable. In the feature visits that will makes may not use the same hotel.

Very comfortable small hotel to stay in walk-way to main street. The room is so comfortable for rest and work with enough space for 2 persons. Very big and comfy bad with a good quality matrass and bad lining. All good quality shaver room with warm floor. A rich breakfast with everything what you need. Also room has a good isolation and you almost don't hear next room. After long day it's possible to attend a private sauna.

Parking is a tiny and girl on the reception told us that we obliged to leave them our key from car. That is a mandatory rule for using parking. At 11:02 I got a room phone call that it's time for check out. Just make these two points more polite for your guests.

The breakfast was really good. I can't say there was plenty of products but you won't be hungry after eating the meal. Room and whole hotel was totally clean and you can see and feel the tidiness everywhere. There are bright and warm colors all around. The man at the reception was really kind and friendly. The hotel is located greately - it's just 15 minutes walking to the city center.

The only one problem that you can meet is the parking. It is seriously small - sometimes they can ask you to park in the street next to hotel.

Very nice and very comfortable hotel. Spacious room, nice furniture, well finished (attention to details) and nice bathroom. Fridge and water kettle. Excellent breakfast, great choice (incl. vegetables warm and cold), caters for all tastes, not only the traditional bread.

-parking is possible onsite or in road close to hotel, but bit limited (do not expect a large parking lot) -to go to old town, about 10 mins, close but the road is quite steep (OK if you have a normal condition)

Nice location on top of a little hill so we had beautiful views, short walk from the old town. Big comfy beds and nice clean and very big rooms. Breakfast was decent but needed more options like some pastries.

Found old tissue behind the couch bed. Didnt give us duvet for the sofa bed so i had to ask the desk and the guy gave us duvets without the cover on and asked us to put it on ourselves. Toilets are the type that have glass walls/door so not sound proof at all...which is awkward. Guy at the desk insisted on keeping our rental car keys with him which made us nervous because its a rental not our personal car. Hairdryer didnt work in the toilet and no toothpaste.

Very centrally located property. Just a short walk to the main walking street and other sight seeing areas. Free public parking available. The check in and out was easy and straight. Breakfast was limited, but good. The staffs are all courteous. The rooms are big in size and had comfortable bed and pillow. I would recommend staying here with family and friends

Rooms facing the street can be bit noisy. But can be ignored

Really good breakfast, nice staff, rooms were clean and cozy. I asked for a bigger room for the second night and guy at the reception gave it to me. It was bigger with a nicer view.

For the first nigh I was settle to the tiny room at the last floor. All the night kids from the other room run and screamed; I was not able to sleep. I asked for the bigger room for the second day and I got it. Take into account that hotel is in the hill and you need to do some exercises to get there from the center :)

Everything was super and 100% professional :) The transfer. The Hotel. The breakfsst. Very friendly people. Very helpful. Super location: Everything is within walking distance. The hotel is located 600 m far from the old town, up on the hill with a lovely view. The history of this place creates unique atmosphere where you can feel like home surrounded by beloved family. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, clean bathroom full of amenities, various local options for delicious breakfast and extremely helpful and smiling staff are the biggest adventageous of this place.
