Breakfast was out of this world, thoroughly enjoyed. Room was upgraded to a apartment suite, fantastic room. Staff were helpful and shop downstairs also convenient. Halal food too! and a Qiblah symbol in each room indicating which way to pray

The parking wasn't so great, there was a day where I couldn't find parking in the car park so I parked on the street and I got a parking penalty which was to my frustration. The upgrade I received didn't have a balcony which I wasn't ecstatically pleased about but it is what it is. View from room room wasn't great either, blocked off. Staff were adamant I pay the city tax in Bosnian currency. I accidentally paid in GBP and they kicked up a fuss and haggled me to come downstairs at 11 pm to pay again in GBP after receiving a refund. Slight inconvenience but otherwise okay. TV also needs an upgrade

The hotel location is a pit far from the centre of the town (banks and supermarkets) Though its a good walk beside the river The lobby is lovely and spacious but need to be alive by adding lighting and some background music

Amazing staff, very friendly and professional. The rooms are spacious, and the mattresses are comfortable. Free parking is available on the premises. 15 min drive to the downtown and 10 min away from the airport. All rooms have river view.

There are no balconies, and the breakfast is quite repetitive. It can for sure be improved. The swimming pool is indoor and small. Better indoor control of AC is needed.

The breakfast is delicious, variety of well-prepared food. Spacious room and clean. Wide bathroom, has shattaf sprayer. Very helpful room service workers. Helpful and polite receptionists.

I stayed for 11 nights, there were 3 wedding ceremonies (Saturday, Sunday, and Saturday). I wish them all luck and happiness, but the noise was overwhelming, starting from 7 pm until midnight. my recommendation: during weekends, never choose the second floor, because it is close to the ceremony hall.

every thing is just right friendly staff very clean spacious rooms ,up to date gym equipment's great breakfast ,in my opinion this is the best hotel to stay in Sarajevo

just a very small incident from one of the concierge employee at check in we had to stop at the front gate to unload and the gate was blocked already with other cars and no one was there to organize the traffic ,so after check in which was smooth i asked my sun to take the car to the parking but the reaction of the employer was very rude and un acceptable he exactly told the boy i will call the police for you ! i am really keen about this hotel and i do not want such personal behavior to darken the bright picture of this great property

Nice location. Good play yard for kids. Nice view to the river. Free parking. Elevator. Water hose in the bathroom. Nice cafe that have a nice view to the river beside the kids playground. Nice buffet and the ladies that make eggs are too nice.

Some staff had some rude attitude. They might be exhausted but overall I would like to thank them for the nice experience I had in Sarajevo

The staff is extremely polite, starting with the reception desk to the restaurant and wellness. Whatever you need, just let them know and they will definitely do their best. The room was very clean, the bathroom is really nice, the bed was comfortable. WiFi is good. There is also a garage at disposal. Massages are great too. In the wellness there is a pool, relax room with warm chairs, finish sauna and turkish steam sauna.

On Saturdays and Sundays the wellness is reserved only for ladies from noon till 3 pm. The only thing I can point out is that there were too many women on that particular day. The pool is not so big, and keeping in mind the pandemic situation, less persons would be appreciated.

Room size and bed, views frome either side river and trees, good for waking and delicious breakfast with very polite and friendly staff even recipients staff are very friendly

Water sprayer of toilet in room is very hard and difficult to use could be changed to a softe and easy control of water and to add an iron in the room.

- helpful staff at the reception. One day we had good experience the other day woman working at the reception didnt know where are the stairs. - spacious room, very good bed (hard bed) - quiet - in the hotel is also a pool, hammam and sauna - all free of charge. I used it in the morning and I was alone. To use the swimming pool and wellness you have to use the special elevator that is apart from the manin elevator, in order to avoid walking in a bathrobe by the reception. - Garage is below the hotel and is very clean.

The mini bar was withouth alcohol, I think that the hotel is more oriented to Arabic people. It is also written in the description that they dont serve alcohol. Due to the Ramadam and Iftar we had to wait till 8.30 PM for the room service, to order the dinner. The hotel is located in the area named Ilidža and its approx. 12 km from the city centre, so it is necesary to use a taxi. We paid 15 EUR from Ilidža to station Skendrija (near the Svissotel.)
