The worst things about this hotel that they are insist to keep the passports with them all the time Till departure which is not acceptable by any means The second issue check-in time is 2 o’clock although we have come 1:30 pm They have not allowed us to check in and there was a long queue everybody just waiting to check in although the rooms are ready and cleaned so it took us almost 45 minutes to check in .

Since this hotel is loved by the loacals, you can feel true Bosnia, in a good way

First of all, if you been lured to choose this hotel, because of an amazingly looking pool in a photos, bare in mind that this is a hotel near the water park, you should pay the regular admission. As we understood, staying here on weekends could be a nightmare, if you are not a fan of Balkan dances till midnight, or fighting for a parking lot, because it seems, that this place is very popular for weddings celebration.

Nice staff, clean room and it's affordable.

The furniture seemed very cheap, metallic one-peace tables that clank when you put something on them, the sofa was very soft, no ashtray on the balcony, and several items from the mini-bar list were not available. And the bathroom sink was pretty weird, not a real sink but more of something made out of granite to be cheaper I suppose.

Special thanks to the front desk staff specially Manila who really was so nice and professional and help us with our check in. The location was nice near the airport and the river. Rooms was clean but not that much because the furniture was a little bit old Bathroom romm was less clean than the room but it was just ok WiFi was good. The view was really perfect.

Almost no one From the staff and the residents was wearing masks The river smell is not that good specially when we open our windows and in the alleyes.

Perfect high standard hotel. There is a lot of services I didn't use so can't really say if they're good or not. Just a short drive from city centre. 24/7 reception which helps if you have an early flight. Place is not cheap but I liked it.

Staff member who refused to borrow me a lighter. I believe you can organise a box matches for guests if they need them. I had cold shower at 3 in the morning before my flight as there was no hot water (there is no time to get reception involved at that time in the morning when you are rushing to the airport).

The breakfast was very diverse, having the possibility to choose according with your preferences. Rooms are clean, the view is excellent. The personal is very kind and friendly. You may find a small shopping area around, a good coffee shop etc. The hotel gives you the possibility to arrange transfer to the airport at a very reasonable price.

The hotel is highly recommended. The staff is very young, yet very capable and accommodating. Near the hotel you can find everything you need, restaurants, cafes, shops. It is far from the main city attractions, but the hotel staff went out of their way to help us experience everything in the short time we were there.

The room size was accurate and the equipment is good. The diversity of food for breakfast was very good and the staff is nice and fast responding. The location of the hotel is excellent as a start point for trips by car.

Parking was full all the time - not enough space for all guests traveling with a car or/and not enough respectful manner of drivers - need more control from staff on parkside.

House keeping staff some of them didn't do there work properly. For the last 5 years the breakfast didn't change. The quantity is good but no variety.

Everything was smooth and easy. The staff is friendly enough, the room is cozy, clean, and quiet. The food is tasty and cheap.

The only thing that was disturbing is the fact that everyone is smoking heavily inside the hotel, but this is a common thing on the Balkans. Except for that, everything was great!
