The friendly service and the rooms are clean and very spacious.Especially traveling as a family with 2 children. Real value for money.

These are minor but important adjustments that would make things perfect: - The restaurant serves great meals but the waiting times are sometimes too long. Food is very tasty but the waiting times are a bit too long for international standards. I forgot what i ordered 😁! - The waiting times at the elevators are exreme! The efficiency of the 3 Elevators need to be re-evaluated and also would have a positive effect saving energy/electricity costs for the owners/hotel. i guess they ordered a cheaper version of lift controls. Schindler also has “Port” technology to make things more efficient.

Breakfast was below average for the level of hotel. It was mediocre at best. Cappuccino was not included in the rate and they wanted to charge us. Hotel of this calibre it’s should be included.

Range. I told the staff that with this heat they should put the butter in a bowl with ice. No one tens. I do not like melted butter. It should be firm to hard. This should be automatic, also because you save. You open melted butter it looks discussing, you can not put it on toast or certain pastries.

the room electrical sockets aren’t very conducive to international adapters, as the sockets are located very close to the light switches.

The facility, the comfort of the bed, the food. The experience in total was out od this world. The reception staff is very welcoming, the bar and restaurant staff were also soo warm towards us and made us feel at home.

The house keeping staff was just not cooperative or hospitable. Since arrival we have been requesting towels as they had only made provision for 1 guest, we had to request and request until we were assisted by the gentleman working at reception as the house keepers ddnt bother getting back to us. Saturday they removed the carpets and did nt bring them back, the floor in the morning is quite cold.

He breakfast this morning was huge disappointment in fact it was way below what one would expect from your hotel . Taking into account the price of the accommodation your breakfast was not up to scratch. I would like to have a chat With your G M either by phone or on my next visit.

Airport pickup was a real bonus and complimentary. The staff are just great and helpful in these crazy Covid times. One of the best breakfasts Ive had in Africa.

My Heat mode on AC didn't work but staff provided extra blankets no big deal.

The staff was truly exceptional. The same goes for the Wifi. Rooms were modern, clean and very convenient

The gym facilities was located outside the hotel, which is not on the same performance level as the hotel. On booking.com you are giving the impression that the hotel has it's own in house gym

The location is central to Gaborone and all places around quite accessible. The Room was big and has a separate bedroom to the Lounge and Kitchenette. Plus, a Balcony with a wonderful view of the CBD and beyond. The Bedroom had an open plan Bathtub with a closed off shower, and separate toilet.

There was nothing not to like. Loved it

The breakfast was great, though I felt that it could have more options than the average hotel breakfast. Still amazing though.

I didn’t like that there were only DSTV channels on the TV, which don’t really have any enjoyable content. Consider getting Netflix.

The welcome chocolates, location was good as I was close to everything I needed to do. The airport shuttle was totally helpful

Better linkage between the kitchen and room so that the bills are sent to room and you don't have to handle cash and food at the same time.
