Very well-run hotel for both business as leasure travelers. I really enjoyed some small efficiencies like the fact that the hot water almost comes out immediately and the fact that you don't have to sign in for WiFi but just connect to the network like you would do at home, or that you can contact reception via whatsapp. Also, the fact that they allow check-out until 14.00 really shows that they cater to the needs of the traveler, unlike most other hotels, where you sometimes feel it's the other way around. I asked to print our boarding passes and they did it almost instantly. Rooms are comfortable and reasonably well insulated, although it shows these rooms are used intensively (very popular hotel) .Good breakfast buffet, although it can get crowded at 8.00. Hotel is in a good location for first time visitors like us to BH. Would def. come back.

The food of the restaurant didn't seem that spectacular, but hey, it's a big hotel.

Very good value and quality for being 3 stars. The period I stayed: very price worthy. The gym is fully ok for basic maintenance training for some days and decent size to be called a gym. Bed quality really good for my back at least. Breakfast: very good Restaurant in hotel: very good for brasilian food 👍. (I didn't try other dishes.) Room cleaning at guest's request: all hotels should have, really good.

The hotel is very well located and offers good breakfast buffet and a 24-hour fitness club. The staff was superb and fulfilled all our requests. They also offered complimentary mineral water bottles, which was very kind. The checkout is at 2 P.M., very convenient.

We needed extra pillows but the reception staff provided them very fast. The towels could be softer.

Acess & location second to none. The premises are still new and fashionable but rooms are already showing they age with some wear and tear. Bedsheets and towel have seen better days. The parking still sucks but at least valet parking is available.

Staff could use some training, especially at the front desk. I had to stay in a line for almost 5 minutes just to return the cardkey. There was only one employee at 1:00 p.m. and that's usually when most of the customers are checking in and out.

Great location, within a few meters from bars, restaurants and a nice shopping center. Breakfast was good.

Not exactly the best value for the Money, as it was booked two hours before arrival. Try and book as early as possible to get a better rate.

Everything was just perfect. Good breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. There is a restaurant and a Jazz bar in front of the hotel.

I was surprised parking was extra, but I probably missed it when I was booking it.

The breakfast was good and the room clean.

Sound insulation in the rooms was poor, we were woken up both days by 5 am chatter in the corridor but could also hear music and the snoring in adjacent rooms.

The staff,food.

There is an area on the 7th floor where the cleaning crew use as a transfer point to receive and send clean or used stuff.They start to work on the area usually around 7.00am.They make a lot noise ,talking loud,banging carts and etc.It is annoying,disrespectful and unprofessional.I think it is just a matter of adjusting the time and training the staff to be less disruptive.

The hotel is located in a very good neighborhood, close to everything with easy access to restaurants, shops and the center of the city. The facility is clean and the staff is very professional, friendly and courteous. Mr. Gomes, the buzz boy, exceeds all expectations with his welcoming smile. The restaurant has good local food and the breakfast is diversified to accommodate all palates. The price is also very reasonable. It's not luxurious but it suits well a business and leisure trip. I recommend it.

The breakfast protocol could have been more organized.

Great place to stay,the area is fantastic,the stuff is second to none,everyone is very polite.

the restaurant staff was great,the food not that great,maybe because their price is excellently but they should charge a little more and improve the food a little bit,but because the waitress in the restaurant are so nice I would still give a 7 out of 10.
