Nice rooms and they asked us if we wanted them in the lower or the upper plans. Elevators worked well. Nice and helpful staff. The brekfast was nice there were a bit more vegan options than at the other brazilian brekfast buffets we’ve tried, e g cashew based cheese and coconut youghurts. There were also very wide selection of different coffees at the breakfast!

Unclear labeling of the breakfast dishes - e g pancakes with gluten and animal ingredients were at the same place with special diet food, and sometimes the labels were a bit unclear. Some of the staff did not speak english. The room was a bit shabby, with broken night lamps and minor leakage of the bathroom sink. There were no safety locker in the room. The sound isolation was not optimal either as there was a guy shouting in the corridor one night and we heard him quite well.

The location is great, the staff is very helpful, the breakfast choices are outstanding, the accommodations are modern and efficient.

Skip the restaurant for a full meal. The service is very slow and the choices are limited. A small detail: the “unusual” sink in the bathroom offers no access to a drain and no drain stop. As a contact lens wearer, I was terrified to use the sink to wash my lenses.

amazing place; great professionals with warm smile and willingness to help you. Super comfy beds and shower and amazing breakfast. Supermarket and pharmacy close by and nice restaurants as well. Lots of places available on foot and pretty safe neighborhood. Nice parking place as well!!

for a 4-star hotel, I missed a little options to have healthier snacks/meals. But as there was a nice supermarket close by, it was not such a nuisance.

our team arrived about 2 hours before the check-in time. Early check-in was great. The room was spacious, having a minibar with soft drinks and snacks. Breakfast was just OK.

The noise from the corridor was too much. The amenities were not reflecting a 4* hotel. The shower/bathroom needs rennovation.

Poor noise isolation. Lack of basic items for a business hotel, such as a safe, kettle and iron.

Super friendly staff, great breakfast, clean room, good parking and location.

The lunch wasn't good as we expected, but the restaurant team was prompt and friendly.

We have stayed here several times before so know to expect a nice sized room with big shower room. The breakfast is amazing with a huge variety of fresh fruits, breads , cheeses , and more cakes and a cake shop! Several types of coffees and fresh fruit juices too.

We dont have anything negative to say about this hotel !
