Breakfast was really good, facilities really nice. A Lady called Camila helped me from early on with my reservation and whenever getting there check in was easy and fast. Housekeeping really did a great job. All staff really nice as well.
The windows could have been noise cancelling. You can hear all the noise of the city with all windows closed. Apart from that, all good.

The building is amazing, the pool is great! The staff was so efficient and cordial. The breakfast was very good too.
The rooms are run down, need to be modernized. The bedsheets and towels can be a bit nicer. There was no duvet, for example, on the bed.

The room was great - comfortable bed, tv with good size, sofa and kitchen facilities filled our demands, bathroom with a good size and well set. The breakfast was really fine - fruit salad and sliced fruits, different kind of breads and cakes, scrambled eggs, cheese and ham, coffee, tea and milk, and more. Parking and lifts. worked well. the staff was great.
Just specific problems. There was some problem to adjust the temperature of water during the bath. One of the waste bin in the room was not working properly.

The hotel is very well located, central. Staff was excellent, everyone was very nice. The room was also very spacious and clean.
A couple things that could be better: iron in the rooms and more vegan options for breakfast and meals.

Location is excellent, very convenient. Room is very spacious, has a small balcony, kitchen and living room, separate from the bedroom. It was like a small one-bedroom apartment. The staff was great and courteous. Breakfast was ok.
Room is a bit weathered and outdated, the faucets were leaky and just a thin spray of water came out, the shower head was old and didn't work well.
