The breakfast was delicious and diverse! Really excellent options for everyone!! The hotel corridors and entrance is super modern and you can see that an effort has bern done recently. The location was fantastic. Super central. And the staff was incredibly polite and helpful.

The decoration on the rooms is a little outdated, but everything was pristine clean! I think you could give a little warmer touch to the rooms! And the use of twin beds as double bed was a little uncomfortable, but just a little.

Clean room with modern decor, great shower with hot water and good pressure. Good wifi. Great breakfast with a lot of choices. Rooms are small but there is a lot of storage, with a desk and chair on the side. Good location in safe, walkable area and close to many restaurants. You can hear people in the hall but otherwise is very quiet.

It was chilly and we didn't need air-conditioning but a blanket would have been nice. Something lighter than the down duvet in the cupboard but more than a sheet.

Reception staff were all very friendly and helpful, with several English speakers. Room was large with plenty of room for luggage. Hotel is situated in a nice area next to a park, with easy access to the main street, restaurants and the tourist bus. Bed linen and towels were clean and changed regularly. The lobby has a comfortable café which was a pleasant place to sit and served lovely hot drinks.

The bins were not changed every day. The bathroom had some black residues that could be cleaned more thoroughly. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6.30am, but was not ready on the day we needed early checkout. The biggest issue was the beds, which were narrow and very hard.

The room is small, you had to squeeze around the bed (we had a 'large' double). The bathroom sink was tiny and difficult to use without splashing all over. We arrived at 9.40PM, the front door was locked and there was no staff to let us in. Someone came after 15-20 minutes of waiting and checked us in. The same staff member was at checkout and he seemed rather unpolite.

Location was very nice, staff also, although none of them really spoke English.

First floor was quite noisy, music from the early morning probably coming from the kitchen downstairs.

The building is well-maintained. The front desk was very friendly, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent with many choices. Praça Osório is right in front of the hotel, and the bus stop was close.

I loved the location, in front of praça Osório that has an amazing market on weekends. The breakfast is so good and the bed it is so comfy.

The room is too small and the fridge had only water and soft drinks. It doesnt have a menu for drinks and food after breaky, even though it is well located, it is hard to find places to eat on sunday.
