The service was amazing. The people who work there are extremely friendly and go above and beyond to please you. I was there with my 3 kids and the staff was so helpful and caring… they got us the perfect room, with the set up we asked for, they let us checkin earlier, offered to store our bags after we had checked out. They actually offered a late checkout, took care of our luggage hauling it up and down between the 3rd floor and the lobby. They made sure we got a cab driver they knew so we were safe and had a car big enough to accommodate our belongings and (big) family. They even made arrangements with the driver to be there at a certain time so we could avoid rush hour traffic on our way to the airport. The breakfast was delicious, the rooms were clean, the place was quiet (except for my kids!) the water was warm, the curtains had blackouts, we had a king size bed and two single beds in two rooms connected by a door in the hallway, plus two bathrooms. It was way better then I had expected.

The only down side was the location which was not the best. But we took Uber everywhere we went and didn't even see much of the neighborhood of the hotel.

The staff at reception were always very friendly and efficient. The room was a decent size and the bed was comfortable. The location was good for being the centre of the city but a few homeless people around asking for money at the door of the hotel.

Even though breakfast was good in terms of the food and selection, the environment is not very relaxing as the staff seem a little stressed and constantly bang a door going between the dining room and staff kitchen.

I think that what I liked the most was this mix between what I would call the "modern standard way of managing a hotel" and this old-fashioned style in some aspects It's that mix between the modern and the classic/vintage. It was pretty good actually. It was a mixed style in some parts was pretty common and default modern structures but, in others, on the other hand, it was kinda the classic end of the '70s beginning of the '80s

The staff was very friendly. They speak english. Room was clean and smelled very nice. The hot shower was very enjoyable and of course the breakfast was perfect and delicious! I would stay again here.

Very helpful stuff, with great and cautious attitude. Breakfast was the best from my two weeks trip in Brazil (Rio, Iguazu, Curitiba, São Paulo). Definitely worth the money. Really exceeded expectations. :)

The staff is super polite and helpfull! Really nice their treatment to the guests. Room is comfy and with good space. Great breakfast and supper. Pretty near to old historical center of Curitiba.

There is no terrace or open space for the guests. Only the indoor lobby.

The breakfast is amazing! The bedroom was spacious and the bathroom was good, with a big shower. Everything was very clean.

The Hotel was definitely good, exceptional service from employees they were very attentive, helpful and professional, very clean and in the heart of the city. I had a beautiful view from the room.
