We were looking for a hotel that is close to the center and the main road to the iguazu falls. This was one of the better hotels with free parking and it exedeed our expectations. It has a pool, a biliard table, good breakfast, small souveneer shop and even a mini hair saloon. The rooms are bright and have everything you need. The bus station is very close. You only need the bus 120. It goes from the center to the hotel, to the airport, to the entrance of the iguazu park and back

Pool was a bit dirty. Staff didnt knew english but google translate saved the day. Rooms are a bit small

The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Soledad! Thank you especially, Soledad! The breakfast buffet is outstanding, for vegetarians or omnivores. Really enjoyed the 24h coffee/tea bar... and the pool was super enjoyable after a long day in the sun! Like a private oasis at the hotel.

We found our room was on the small side. Comfortable, but cramped for a couple that had baggage with them.

Location in the center. Airport is at 20 min. Breakfast is nice with different options. Swimming pool is working good. There is a bar/cafe before the entry to the pool and they have free cakes, coffee, water and tea. Very cool idea. Price/value ratio is great. If you are looking for a normal place to spend the night with good breakfast, then this is it. I stayed here the night before my flight.

They need to make more maintenance and there is a lot of noise, you can hear everything in the hall, the elevator and in the other rooms. Isolation would be good. But for 35$ per night, it’s a great deal.

They should speak another languages. It is an international place .No Spanish speaker

Good breakfast!

Really bad facilities inside the room. Difficulties with hot water. Insects inside the room. Very noisy air conditioner and transformer under the windows.

The room was right next to the lift and the walls are paper thing you can hear EVERYTHING that happens in the whole floor. They allow dogs and every single room had a barking dog all night because it seems like they do not have rules.

The room is way too small. The bed is crap. The walls are too thing. The breakfast is nothing like the pictures. i would not stay again.

No one speaks English, Breakfast - there was eggshells in the scrambles eggs, no English signs - people pushy and rude They started to check me in - 2 other different Brazilians came up and they stopped checking me in and assisted them. They didn't tell indicate where when breakfast was, about the pool anything. Bathroom smelt like mold. Never dumped the trash can in 4 days with tissues from peeing + pooping - unsanitary. Off the downtown.

The service at this place was terrible! I arrived with my bags, the guy at the desk was completely alone no one to help him. When I told the manager, she had made like it was my fault for not saying something. I had told her I did, and I also had seen her when I was with all my luggage she as well did not offer to help, she then blamed her staff. WORST MANAGER EVER THE MORNING MANAGER WITH DARK HAIR! TERRIBLE ATTITUDE, HELPS WITH ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, AND TALKS RUDELY TO HER STAFF. ALSO THIS PLACE IS NOT PET FRIENDLY! THEY SAY THAT THE ATE HOWEVER YOUR DOG IS NOT ALLOWED TO WALK AROUND, ALSO AGAIN THE MANAGER DOES NOT EVEN LIKE ANIMALS. A STAY DOG CAME OUTSIDE IN THE BIKE NEAR THE POOL, THEY PUT A ROPE AROUND IT'S NECK TO TAKE IT OUT (SWEET DOG, NON VOLENT) WORST MANAGER EVER, PLEASE I HOPE THEY FIRE HER AND GET A SWEETER, SMARTER PERSON, AND A BETTER LEADER. this is the woman manager that runs the staff in the morning
