The room was gorgeous, had a mini fridge and a swing seat, loads of room, a really nice bathroom and good air con. The hostel organises events like karaoke which is a rarity in this part of south america so we loved that. The food in the bar was lovely and healthy. The swimming pool looked nice though we didn't use it. Diego who organises the tours is super helpful - though it's better to talk to him in person when hes at the tour desk than over whatsapp! The bar is nice and overall it's a nice place to spend time.

The kitchen isnt very clean - this is mostly the guests' fault but the hostel should do more to enforce keeping it clean. A large hostel should have more people on the front desk for when it is busy.

Very comfortable beds with good matresses. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Good to know: You can book several tours for a fair price (e.g. to the Argentinian side of the waterfalls) via the hotel (there is a counter in the lobby). Breakfast and dinner were delicious. There is also a good selection of restaurants nearby (tips: Patio Pomare for pizza and Best Acai for acai).

Our sink in the bathroom was broken (good: got repaired immediately) and the craftsman left the bathroom quite dirty. Nobody checked/cleaned afterwards.

Great facilities (big - interior design/concept) Friendly staff, very helpful and patient. Location is great, near to downtown, bus stops, supermarket, restaurants and an exchange house. Great place to rest and detoxing from big cities.

Kitchen was dirty, nobody supervises that guests leave it clean, I highly recommend to install a rack for the dishwashing sponge in that way remains dry and clean, it was a little bit disgusting to use it. Common areas close at midnight =(

The comforters for the cold Paraná nights! The room was clean (and simple, as at Selina) but everything worked as expected. The food prices at the restaurant. The vegan breakfast combo. The Brasilian bowls for dinner.

My room was facing the main street and it turns out, some people like to race their cars and motos on that street. Not Selina's fault but still. I am a very heavy sleeper, waking me up is a challenge, especially after hiking 15km at the waterfalls, yet they manage to wake me up. The service at the Selina restaurant was pretty slow 🦥

A neat and nice overall design of the place, comfy location (nearby a bus stop with comfy connection to Argentinian and Brasilian National Parks), nice outdoirs area and garden.

Staff was really friendly at the reception, however few times it was giving some contradicting and not correct infos regarding visits of Iguazu National Parks. Breakfast was a bit late both mornings, and the staff was a bit slow and seemed a annoyed by the most general breakfast inquirues or requestst. An overall possitive experience however.

The hostel is amazing, true to Selina standard. There is a nice place for guests to relax and wind down after a busy day. Other Selinas are becoming more and more venues to increase profitability via restaurants and bars, while this venue serves the guests first and we felt at home!

Food was delicious the first day, the second day we all ordered the same meal and it was not good. portions were small and the meat was overcooked in all three dishes.

A great hotel with a nice atmosphere and a good poolarea. We had an upgrade, so the room was fabulous. Great staff and we booked every trip through Selina. They work with Loumar Tourism, which is a great agency

The location isn't great, nothing really to see or do around the hotel. But you come to see the falls, so it is not a problem, and there is a big and modern supermarked nearby, where you can buy everything you need.

location and the fact that it was new was great. The outside space was great pool, bar area but not enough seating despite it being pretty much empty was still nowhere to sit. The best pillows of any hostel (and lots of hotels) I’ve ever stayed in. beds are very good too!!

reception staff were terrible. either not engaging and with no English. Even the guy that was supposed to help with trips and suggestions either wasn’t at his desk or had no information and had to google which I can do myself. restaurant closed after breakfast so could not get any food or even sit in the room and relax. Despite being new both doors were broken in mens toilet in reception and could not be locked. This is does not make for a good impression when you arrive.

- If you are unlucky you might get put in a room facing the road which is hectic. They need better windows to block out the noise! - The kitchen lacked enough utensils for everyone, and it was not cleaned regularly enough

The staff spoke proper English, they were very kind and helpful. Awesome opportunities to connect with fellow travelers, I've made good friends during my stay. Clean and safe rooms, awesome social programs.

The breakfast took a long time to be prepared which caused some frustration with the morning logistics. There was no lock on the lockers, we should've bought our own.
