The breakfast buffet was very good which includes made to order tapioca crepe station. The bed was very comfortable. Nice pool. Great location with many good restaurants nearby.

The keypad lock was very old and the card keys would work only once and then stop working and I would constantly have to go to reception to get new key(s). The hotel is on the older side and shows signs of wear and tear besides the keypad locks. The gym was underground in what looked to be like a dungeon; it was hot and poorly ventilated and no windows.

Everything :) Extreme rich and broad options for brekfast (definitely recommended: the tapioca crepes), great large room with comfy beds, gym and pool also available (unfortunately the pool was under renovation, so not available when we were there... but it looked good!), fantastic touristic service inside the hall (from which we could organise everything during our staying in Foz do Iguazu)... Really good price for the service received. I will go back again if I pass by the city in the future!

Nothing really... the only limitation was the language as English is not used a lot, but it is easy to communicate anyways :)

Location was good. Staff was friendly (some) and breakfast was decent.

The toilet in the room was not working. I had to complain twice in three days. I asked to change the room, but they offered the key to a different room to use the toilet. I understand the intentions were good, but I booked a suite room, and I didn't expect to have to go outside of my room to be able to use a toilet. This was the case of the first two days (out of 3). The swimming pool was out of use, and I was not told until a few days before arrival when I received an email.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, restaurants and everything you need within walking distance.

I wish my room had a coffee machine or hot water tea kettle.

The value of the hotel was excellent. The pool was great. The location was also very convenient to restaurants and the waterfalls. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Our room was a little worn, for example the bathroom door handle fell off and bedding wasn't great. Our bed was uncomfortable and hard. The hotel was generally a great experience, however.

very nice hotel! the staff was very friendly and the communication before our arrival was excellent! they arranged a free transportation from the airport to the hotel. The food in the breakfast was amazing with many tasty options and the menu from the restaurant was also very reasonable priced and super tasty!

The WiFi connection from the room was very poor but at the reception and at restaurant it was fine.

Great location, cosy, staff - very professional and knowledgeable, ready to help to the utmost smallest detail (especially Henrique at Reception!). Activities for the Falls are organised seamlessly at the lobby. Perfect organisation. Great food at the restaurant!

I liked everything!

Nice hotel, centrally located with shops and restaurants around. The breakfast was good with a lot of different options. Staff was very friendly! There is also the option of a free transport from the airport to the hotel. The room was super clean and comfy.

Our main concern is a very poor wifi, it works quite well only if you are close to reception hall. The food in the restaurant was not good and price/quality ratio in a restaurant is definitely not as it should be

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was splendid and there was a wide selection of foods. There was a tour operator inside the hotel, who was pleasant, helpful and informative. The hotel location was great and there was a taxi office across the road from the hotel if you need to take a taxi around the city or to Argentina.

One thing I did not like was the swimming pool, which was not the cleanliest as there was rubbish in the swimming pool. Additionally, the hotel arranged for a shuttle bus to pick me up from the airport when I arrived - but this was not arranged and I had to take a taxi from the airport, which was not an issue as the taxi driver was pleasant and helpful.
