Very beatiful resort near the Iguazu falls. The surroundings were amazing, the location is perfect. A great place for rest and retreat. Rooms had enough space, very comfortable. The breakfast and the dinner were excellent. Great variaty of choises. The staff was very helpful.

The only thing i didn't like was that pool's water was cold. I have travelled to other resorts around the world and during the winter, the water of the pool was hot. As a traveller i expected while returning from the falls to be able to swim at the pool. Unfortunately this couldn't happen.

Very nice luxury hotel with wide space (rooms, garden, pool, restaurant, outdoor cinema, fishing lake, outdoor sport area, outdoor/indoor kids area, chill-out zone) ideal for big groups or families. Very good kitchen as well, but unfortunately not that quick service as in Europe (usual waiting time is 30min to 1 hour). You need a car to reach this hotel and to be able to travel around.

Not very good English speaking stuff, but that is very common in whole Brazil - prepare the online translator as it will be needed on a daily basis. Be ready that check-in and check-out is also taking quite long time (30min+).

Amazing environment with beautiful landscapes incident the hotel! Super nice staff, clean room, good food and big swimming pool. The location of the hôtel is not idéal for those who want to visit Foz but for us it was perfect! It's 10min away from the aeroport and 15min from Iguacu falls (by Taxi). We asked our tour guide if they could pick us up and they accepted immediatly because it was on their way.. I highly recommand this hotel for an escapade in nature, relaxation and to visit iguacu falls and the birds Park !

Nothing! Except maybe the fact that it's 15-20min away from the city centre, but it wasn't an issue for us.

Booked two nights to relax alongside visiting the Brazilian side of the falls. Staff were all very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Grounds were secure and immaculately kept. Loved the main pool area and smaller splash pools. We stayed on a half board basis and the breakfast and dinner buffet was extensive and good value in my opinion. Rooms lovely with good storage. a wonderful stay and we would definitely highly recommend. Access to the Parque des Aves and Iguazu Falls was just a $10 taxi fare away and taxis arrived within minutes.

only downside which seemed strange was there was a kettle in the room. but no mugs and no complimentary tea or coffee. this seemed very strange on a hotel of this calibre.

The Hotel is nice, with good infrastructure and quiet enough. The food is ok and diversified. Breakfast is very good. Restaurant staff are very nice. Pool area is great.

The rooms are nice and wide but start to require some maintenance. It is not a 5 star hotel, it has some flaws that are a pitty and can be easily solved with small maintenance (toilet door was old, some furniture was a bit ruined, the small mirror in the toilet was rusty, etc...). Cleaning is not a 10, could be better.

My window in Room 601 could not lock and that is dangerous. I just discovered this my final night’s stay, as I did a thorough look through the room when packing my suitcases. The unlocked window really scared me, as the room is on the ground floor. I told the front desk about it the next morning when I checked out. Also, the mixed drinks could be a bit fancier.

Nice and big area, modern and well maintained, various accommodation options, good breakfast and dinner. Good WiFi signal and internet speed. Close to the Iguaçu National Park and Airport.

Some things are really weird for such luxury resort - no information in English inside the room, everything is in Portuguese, can't even find out what number to dial to get connected to the reception. The sauna area is strange - no lockers, no change room, no towels provided. Resort's area is huge, and a better outdoor visual mapping/navigation would be handy, very easy to get lost.

People were wonderful and always trying to do their best to help out! Great location if you are only doing tours. I didn't go into the city. So I can't speak to that. Already recommend it to a friend.

The dinner was good, and I understand the need to accommodate many peoples tastes. It wasn't my favorite but I wasn't going there for the food.

We picked this resort because of its great reviews and distance to airport and als Igazu Waterfalls. Uber from airport was only R12 and took only like 8 min drive. If you rented a car, there is parking available for free. We stayed in building 14, room 1404 which was a suite. Living room, bathroom and bedroom were separated. Bathroom was great size! Shower was large. All amenities were great including cute slippers. We only stayed for one night. Visited the Iguaza waterfalls, which was about 10 min away. We then drove towards the town of Foz du Igacu for dinner, supermarket visit. Breakfast was included, staff are friendly. There is a main swimming pool near the lobby, but there were several smaller pools throughout the guest houses that you could also use. Great resort to stay if you’re visiting the Igacu falls

Good location outside the city, near to the airport, the waterfalls and the bird park. Nice and well maintained resort with a lot of possibilities to sport, relax and enjoy the gastronomy of its restaurants.

The room was quite cold because of drying the air with the air conditioner, a bathrobe and a pair of slippers would have been appreciated. It was confirmed via Booking that they can pick me up at the airpot at night, but they do not offer this service.
