Nice hotel! Very nice pool good for relaxing at after going to Iguazu Falls. The hotel is located outside of town in the jungle, it’s a beautiful setting but know that it is not walkable. We knew this from previous reviews and it was not an issue for us as we really enjoyed the restaurant and the bar. The day that we did venture out to dinner the hotel helped us find a cab there and back. Service at the bar and restaurant runs at a relaxed pace, if you are looking for a quick bite to eat you may want to consider a different option.

Bed was really comfortable. Location was lovely as you are in the middle of the jungle! Cleanliness of the room was good and these were also spacious.

Restaurant food wasn't very good, unfortunately. Breakfast spread was impressive but mainly cakes and sweet things. Only one hot option (eggs) for vegetarians. No options for vegans. Towels at the swimming pool seem to be quite old and shabby.

The new "apartment type rooms were amazing! High ceilings and spacious. Beautiful bathrooms and artwork. The service and breakfast was great! Every morning they remembered I was gluten free and brought me special bread. I love that is was in the jungle/rainforest, it was like being in nature but sleeping well! They have 3 daily activities like biking and nature walks. I would go back!

Lobby was a dated but there was plenty of other places to hang out. Sometimes taxis can take awhile to get into the jungle so get a taxi guys name and What's app with him or her and arrange times for pick up.

This boutique hotel is fantastic! Unlike many of the touristy hotels that are located in the town of Puerto Iguazu (which is not a beautiful town), this hotel is located in the middle of the forest, half-way between the airport/the waterfalls (which are not far from each other) and the town of Puerto Iguazu. The hotel is constructing new bungalows, we booked through Booking.com and had the chance of staying at one of the newly constructed rooms. The views, the furniture, the cleanliness, all was just wonderful. What is really great is that the hotel offers free activities to its guests (like birdwatching, bicycle excursion, a walk through an indigenous town with a local indigenous guide). The Iguazu area is very touristy and all activities are expensive, it is great to see that this hotel is not taking advantage of it and still offers free activities. I would also recommend eating there, we had dinner at the hotel's restaurant and the quality of the food is amazing!

Everything about the hotel was great, nothing negative to point out

Loved the layout of the property. It really has a great jungle vibe which is fun. Our room had a screened deck to sit and listen to the bird. Nice and quiet air conditioner. Rooms were spacious. Front desk staff were fantastic. Nice pool but lots of children.

The restaurant service the first night was not good. We had to wait over 30 minutes before we were acknowledged. Our dinner was cold. The next time we had dinner there the service was much better and dinner was hot. It appeared the restaurant staff for breakfast lunch and dinner didn’t like their jobs so possibly something is going on there.

It’s in the middle of the rainforest which makes it beautiful. Breakfast was really good and the staff very friendly and kind.

The restaurant was quite expensive, all considering you are far from city center and you need to book taxis to get to a different place to eat. Besides they don’t allow you to bring your own food, which would be understood if it was only a restaurant, but it isn’t. It’s the hotel lounge area as well. Our room was beautiful but very damp all the time. We had a second room, after we had to stay one more night which was completely fine, so not sure what happened there. Wifi signal comes and goes. Most areas of the hotel are non smoking, it would’ve been nice to know this beforehand.

Beautiful grounds, excellent included breakfast, kids enjoyed the pool

Very slow dinner service (2+ hours between ordering & receiving food both nights) was challenging with children.

The hotel is nicely incorporated into the surrounding and let you enjoy the peace of rainforest without disturbing it's natural charm and beauty like some huge hotels nearby. The staff is very friendly and helpful, providing fast answers and support so you can spend your days and plan daily trips to the best of your schedule. Enjoying the evenings by the pool with a tasty cocktail from the bar is an added value after a day spend on exploring the area. Comfortable big room with a comfy bed. The terraces/balconies are 'fenced' with mosquito nets so you can calmly spend the time outside and also leave your door open for a night to enjoy the fresh breeze and sounds of the forest. The hotel is offering free walking and biking tours - don't miss that one if you have a free morning or afternoon cause the guide we had was really knowledgeable fantastic person and we enjoyed the walk discovering local fauna and flora very much. Good food selection at breakfast.

The restaurant offer in terms of quality is falling slightly behind the overall great rating for the stay, place and facilities.

Located in the forest, it feels as if you were far away from the city. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Mixel and Florencia- they can organize everything from transfers to last minute car rental. The lodge also offers free educational walks around the property and the guide doing them (unfortunately, I don’t remember his name) is great - very kind and knowledgeable!

Rooms could be more soundproof. Food in the restaurant is quite average.
