The location is great, breakfast is good, the swimming pool is pretty good as well. I rented a car so I used the hotel parking lot that includes valet service, since only they enter and take it out of the garage.

The only thing that bothered my wife was the cleanliness, they clean the rooms every day, but it seems like they don't. And also the entire building needs maintenance. Anyway, it's worth what you pay, it one of the cheapest hotels I found.

Good location, although room sound insulation could improve, especially considering hotel sits on a busy street and next to a tunnel. Carpet needs cleaning and towels could be changed for new ones. Clean sheets and bathroom. Can't beat the price, at only US $25/ night! Breakfast is poor and busy, worth skipping for the delicious "padarias" nearby. Aircon in the room I booked didn't work, and the staff was super nice giving me a whole apartment with a private jaccuzi on the top floor as a free upgrade:)) Bag drop off will cost you $6 so keep that mind if you have a later flight. Overall a good value if you are on a tight budget.

I stayed 6 days and 4 of them my access card had troubles, I couldn’t open my door and I have to go several times to the reception to fix them. It took me about 1.5 hours to make the check in

Location perfect, walking distance to the Copacabana beach and to the great shopping centre Rio-Sul. Breakfast good lots variety. Room where we stayed-suite is perfect with Spa and large spacious. Staff very friendly and helpful from reception, housekeeping and kitchen.

We are back in Fortaleza please cancel my reservation for July 21 till July 23 because we are not in Rio anymore,I canceled with the hotel but you need the cancel in your part also and and send confirmation of cancelation to the hotel ,thanks ory dulberg

The hotel service

The Room was pretty large with a double bed and 2 single beds. There was a mini fridge with drinks (Additional cost). The ensuite bathroom had a separate shower and a jacuzzi tub. The hotel was great value for the size of the room and facilities that were provided. The breakfast was very good and had both hot and cold buffet options. There was plenty of fruit and cakes. Check in was easy and the staff were friendly. The room was cleaned daily. The hotel is within a short walking distance to Copacabana beach and there is also a shopping mall which is about 5 - 10 mins walk through the underpass/tunnel which can be noisy due to traffic but safe as there is a separate pedestrian walking area.

I liked the size of the room. I liked the hospitality and good mood of the staff. I liked the view of the room. I liked the pool.

I didn't like the few options at breakfast. I didn't like the fact that the bread seemed old. I didn't like the sand in my hotel room's floor. I didn't like the room service when I asked for an extra blanket.

I like very much the deluxe room, big space great for family of 4 like us plus the big CR with jacuzzi was perfect🥰 Clean place and clean pool too..nice view..

The airconditioning systen maybe a bit old, thats why it doesnt get really cold, even if we adjust the temperature, it automatically goes back to 22⁰ or 23⁰. Breakfast is simple, maybe needs to put other kinds/ option of foods.

The location is just amazing, super close to the beach, near several restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. The staff is very polite and nice. The room was clean and organised, the bedsheets were super comfortable, the room had a lot of space and there was a good air conditioner. The breakfast was wonderful, full of options and very delicious. The pool and the sauna were also great.

There was a huge line to do the check-in, it took me 30min to do the check-in. The hotel is quite old, so the rooms are very old there are no plugs near the bed to charge your phone, there were basically two plugs in the entire room. The elevators took forever to arrive, and when it came it was super full, we had to wait for 20+ minutes more than once, and we even took the stairs a few times. I asked for a fork in the reception, and they said they charge for that, which I think it's super weird.

The room size was amazing compared to most of the properties in Copacabana, the toilet was also very large and includes jacuzzi .. the value was also good

I would like to recommend the following which was missing during my stay : 1- water boiler for each room for coffee and tea 2- providing irons
