One of the best breakfasts you can imagine . A lot of effort goes into the preparation and variety of delicious foods . Truly . Location of hotel is hard to beat , just make sure you pay that little extra for a sea view .

Hotel does need a makeover . The bathrooms need some modern love and the fixtures and fittings too . I say this only so future guests do not book and expect the Ritz . It’s a great hotel for the price .

The location is great, staff very friendly, the view from the balcony is magnificent. Very good breakfast and coffee. At the reception, they gave us a room on the top floor and also allowed us to check out half an hour later. Sheets and towels were new and clean. If you need a hair dryer, ask for it at the reception.

Walls, furniture have been damaged due to high humidity. The hotel is quite run down. WIFI is very weak and access is difficult, you have to enter the password continuously. In the room 1102, the chair at the table is completely broken. It should be replaced as it is dangerous to sit on it. The hotel should definitely provide blankets too, because a sheet is not enough in cold weather. (Maybe it should have been asked at the reception).

The location was perfect, right at the beach. the staff at the front desk spoke perfect English and that really helped us out. I liked that they have designated towels for the beach along with a place to put them down in the lobby. I really enjoyed the breakfast, it had variety and really good quality food.

The Wi-Fi didn’t reach our room properly. So we had to use our own data most of the time which is annoying. The bathroom lights where so dim I couldn’t really see much. also the shower had no door so water was going everywhere and absolutely soaked the shower rug. Lastly and the worst part was there was constantly a disgusting sewer smell coming from the bathroom. Especially when you start the shower the smell is extra strong!

Quiet, shady room at rear of hotel. Efficient lifts, and stairs as alternative. Informal atmosphere and pleasant staff. Day and night security. Daily cleaning, and towel change, offered. Number code Safe in room.

A modern, quieter air con would have been better. The breakfast room could get busy, but good to have open windows and very disciplined guests and staff following covid precautions using masks and gloves to self-serve breakfast buffet.

Location… is always the best in Copacabana.

Been staying there dor the last five or four years and this time the only complaint is that I didn’t have a hair dryer or toiletries in the bathroom.

Internet very poor didn’t work at all and I suppose work and nothing was done but in holiday i ok but kids was crazy without internet

Breakfast was very good! Room is very spacious and clean. The location is perfect on the beachfront and a had a great panoramic view of the ocean and the beach from the balcony.

Bathroom (tub) was congested.

Location is perfect and breakfast is ok. Sea view room are nice.

They should refurbish the rooms as they are quite old. Baths need to be changed urgently!

The staff was friendly and we had an excellent stay. The welcoming reception was the first great impression, and we definitely will recommend it.
