It’s convenient location. The free shuttle service from the airport. The friendly staff. The amazingly good hot shower, the water pressure was so strong I was able to have a much needed “hydro massage”before I went to bed! The excellent breakfast.

I would have appreciated a bedside mat. Getting out of bed into a cold tiled floor was not very ‘homely’. There are no USB/USBC ports in the room for charging phones and tablets. These are essential for all travellers and should be fitted above bedside tables and room desks. I didn’t have an adaptor to fit the power points with me and couldn’t charge my devices.

Great location right by the airport for a one night stay before / after flying. The free airport shuttle was also very much appreciated. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. No complaints on that front. The pool area is also very nice with loungers and table and chairs to relax. Handy to also have a bar by the pool area for drinks and snacks.

It wouldn’t stop me from booking again but my only dislike of this property was the reception staff I dealt with. They had great English so it wasn’t a language barrier … they weren’t necessary rude but very much came across like they couldn’t be bothered. They weren’t very friendly or welcoming. I found this on check in and on checkout.

It's a standard fine corporate type of hotel at the airport proper (5 min by free shuttle that runs 3 times an hour 24 hrs, which is very nice.) If you want a personalized/ local/ charming experience, this is not a place. If you want fine, convenient, corporate fare - it's the place. Great breakfast. Vending food options downstairs all night long. Comfortable bed.

Staff at restaurant could be a bit more friendly: just because I do no wear my corporate outfit and do not order Heineken, there is no reason to be rude. Cleaning chemicals they use generate quite a smell. Some more natural/ organic options are in order.

Good location, just a few minutes from/to the airport by shuttle bus; very friendly and helpful staff; great customer service (they let me check-in a few hours earlier, because my room was already made); clean, well-equipped room with air conditioning and a fridge to cool beverages; very good breakfast.

There is no path/ pavement for pedestrians to walk to/ from the hotel. You can only reach the hotel by the free shuttle service (it says "Linx" and runs every 20 minutes from the departure area, door D). There is nothing to see and to do around the hotel.

The airport shuttle service is good and runs several times per hour. Check-in was fast: most of the traditional check-in form was pre-filled, which is not a common thing in Brazil. Check-out was even more efficient. Friendly staff at the reception counter all speaking excellent English. Good breakfast with lots of choice and fresh fruit.

The exterior unit of the air conditioner of one of the neighboring rooms was very noisy and was running all night. There were no hand towels in the bathroom nor was there a small towel to stand on after you finish showering. Toiletries were limited to the bare necessary.

this place was very convenient for the airport without a doubt! I arrived and asked for a double room- they said they didn’t have one so I got a single room which was kind of gross and the AC didn’t work. so they then gave me a double room and it was bright, super clean and comfortable. I loved it. I highly recommend asking for a double room and you will be good. they have a great snack bar that’s open 24/7 where you can get coffee, water and sandwiches. restaurant also open for breakfast lunch dinner also free airport shuttle was awesome!!

like I mentioned the single room was gross/ dirty, smelled bad and dark. initially I asked if I could have a double room and they lied and said they didn’t have one. there’s always prejudice against single people unfortunately- as if they don’t really matter and can be put anywhere. but then when the AC wasn’t working in the stinky room the immediately gave me a double room and were sooooo nice about it

Perfect location if you have a very early flight or a very late flight. Bed was very comfortable Had all the basic facilities you’ll need for a night stay. The free shuttle to inform the airport is perfect

Overall was pretty clean but the floor needs attention. Just walking around left my white socks black! I had to check out at 3 am for a flight meaning I missed the breakfast At check-in, I was told there would be an option to take something but on checkout that was not the case

Linx Galeao is an airport hotel, and in this category, it does really well. The room is comfortable and spacious enough. I did not use the pool, but the pool terrace is nice. I had a caipirinha from the bar there, and that was pretty good. I also had dinner in the hotel, and was satisfied. However, I found it a bit weird that wine is not offered by the glass.

I found the reception somewhat stiff - not exactly unfriendly, just a bit non-welcoming. I also have to say that I found the bed a bit weird, not uncomfortable, but such that the thin sheets slip and wrinkle immediately; also, the whole bed moved around - but maybe that's on purpose, such that the two beds could be moved together.

It's next to the airport, so it's very comfortable for people who have early or midnight flights. There are free shuttles between the airport and the hotel. The breakfast is nice, local, and diverse. The staff were friendly. The room is spacious.

I did not know where is the gathering point of the airport shuttle when I arrived at the airport. Thus, I was not able to make use of it on my way from the airport to the hotel. If possible, I hope they can inform the customers where to find the shuttle one day before they check in.

No restaurant or bar. If you are going to have bibles in the room, maybe you should also have material for all religions. This is the era of inclusivity not the 1950’s. Better yet, leave a small note in the room to say that any and all books of worship available at the front desk
