I stayed for 3 nights and had the chance to try out different amenities such as the rooftop bar, room service, gym. They all completely met my expectations. The best part of this hotel though is its staff, the friendliness, the professionalism, just fantastic. I am picky when it comes to hotel, but this one was just wow.

Nothing, this hotel met all my expectations and went beyond. I didn't try the sauna as it was out of order when I was there, but everything else was just great.

Hotel is beautifully decorated. The staff at the door and in the breakfast area are so polite and helpful and greeted us everytime we walking in and out of the hotel. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom is spacious/clean and modern. The shower was very nice. We ordered room service a few times and the food was tasty everytime. The Breakfast was awesome and there is a massive selection of hot and cold food as well as a egg station for omelettes etc. this breakfast was one of the best breakfasts I’ve experienced at any hotel. The rooftop pool area has amazing views of the Copacabana beach and is stunning. Hotel is in a great location and is very easy to get Ubers from there

I left my jacket in the room when we checked out. I emailed the hotel and they confirmed they found it, but I have been trying to arrange a collection of my jacket and they have stopped responding to my emails. So I’m not able to get my jacket back. That is a shame as I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

Location was right across the street from the beach. It's also a safe location, close to everything. There is a small bar when you first walk in to the hotel... kinda odd set up but I was thankful for them many nights! The staff was super helpful and pleasant. Many of the staff spoke English and Spanish as well as Portuguese. Esthetics of the room were nice and it was a nice size.

We didn't like the sewage smell in the bathroom all 8 days and the hard time we had flushing the toilet. Also, we had the view of an ugly building next door.

The location of the hotel is great, right in front of Copacabana beach. We had booked a room with view of Copacabana and enjoyed observing the beach from our room. The bed was very comfortable. Also the air conditioning and the shower worked well. The view from the rooftop is spectacular, to one side of Copacabana, to the other of the Christ. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop restaurant with it nice design and the great cocktails. Also, it is possible to swim in the pool. The staff is very professional and polite. We would like to mention Denise, as she always welcomed us with a smile and was particularly friendly. Although we were there during the main season, there was always enough space in the breakfast room. In general, we did not have the feeling that the hotel was over-crowded. That was pleasant.

Two minor complaints: The door was sometimes a bit hard to open, as there was something wrong with the lock. It usually took a few attempts to open it. The upper parts of the windows in our room were dirty. As it is a very good hotel, this could be taken care of.

1. The check-in time - the check-in was fast and simple. This was the best amongst last 10 hotels I have stayed. 2. The location - is best. Right on the beach. Just cross the road and you are on the beach. Also it's almost at the middle of the long stretch of Copacabana beach. 3. The property is clean and well maintained. The room was nice and spacious. Bed was comfortable. 4. Breakfast was better than we expected. Lots of options - good spread. 5. Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. All speak English.

If I have to pick one - there was no tea/ coffee maker at the room unlike most of the similar hotels in other parts of the world. So we missed our morning tea!! However, the room service was kind enough to provide hot water in flask whenever we asked for it. So not a big deal.

Was a little disappointed after staying for 6 nights and spending a lot with the hotel on extras like drinks and food our flights got changed so I ask for a late check out they extended one hour free but any extra is a half room rate. I would have like to seen them go the extra mile and help us out for 3-4 hours extra, especially as the room was definitely empty after us, bit of a cash grab if you ask me.

There is no place to wash yourself after the beach (and on the beach you can’t either) so all the sand you are bringing to the room The beach is dirty, sea is cold , dirty and wavy (I was in January) In such conditions I would like to have a good pool What is cold a pool on the 15 floor is a bowl of 3m*4m The depths is 1.2m You can just get wet in it. Under the sun it’s not even freshing. To me it’s absolutely useless
