The room was very comfortable and location was also great close to main attractions and shops

The breakfast could have been better. Instead of having scrambled eggs for a whole week they could have had boiled eggs once, fried eggs another day and scrambled the next and alternate. They could also provide pepper as only salt was available. Wifi in the morning was horrible and could not work properly but early morning and late afternoon it worked well.

Hotel looks nice, room is really comfortable and good looking, bed is comfortable, air condition is working good. Hotel restaurant offers nice buffet lunch and dinner for reasonable price. Also hotel price was ok.

Breakfast could be better and with more choices and hotel needs more facilities and equipment. For example hair dryer and fridge in the room. Also I have a baby and on the Booking.com it says baby cot is available on request. I requested it during my reservation but when we arrived to the hotel, at the reception they said they will provide it next day - they didn't. After 2 days of reminding they finally recognized they don't have any baby cot in the whole hotel. In the end, baby slept on the mattress on the floor because it's only safe option for the baby not to fall off the bed

Price value. Big room. I did not have breakfast in hotel.

There is a lady at the reception that could be nicer when you are che cking in. Nobody answers the phone when you call the reception. There are no hair dryers available in the rooms. When we arrived there were no towels in the bathroom. I had to go to the reception and ask for them. It took them 40 minutes to send the towels to the room.

It's a nice place at a good price in the middle of Lapa the party area.

The dark hallways (the walls are painted black and there's very minimal lighting in the hallways) were kind of creepy and weird because when you get in the room you have to put your key in the light switch to turn the lights on, and since there are no lights in the hallway I was feeling around in the dark in the pitch black room until I could find the lights.

Hotel has modern style, however as it’s popular and accessible by price hotel, it’s busy and used at some points. Some distance from main beaches and attractions, but Uber is cheap and very efficient. Breakfast is by standard nothing extraordinary.

Hotel location is good however there is not good neighbourliness and some homeless people sleeping around hotel, however they’re very friendly and respectful. Some details to cleaning at bathrooms would be great, but again as it’s busy hotel maids must be qui busy.

Very good location, in Lapa, party centre of Rio. Is a hotel, so all the goods that come with staying in a hotel (breakfast, gym, daily cleaning…).

The room is very small for 2 people. We had to change room because the AC wasn’t working, but the staff managed it by switching us into another room.

The room was very spacious and comfortable and silent, which is hard to find in that part of the town.

The Wifi is terrible at the Hotel, and because I needed to do some work this was a major incovienent.

Have a good Breakfast, The Room is clean and has no noise. Good to have a rest. The location is not so good, the Lapa is the center of city, but for two days at work, i don't walk at night, because is not so safer.

Only the Location

I liked the curtains in the room, it was very dark inside and better to sleep. The breakfast was okay!

In the breakfast some stuff wasn’t so friendly. I paid for the dinner and they didn’t have the system to keep the food warm. So the food was cold and not flavorful. At the check in it was long line, 2 attendants were not enough! We spent more than an hour waiting for check in!

overall the hotel is not bad

The price in booking is different, the hotel asks for more. I booked for $79 for 2 days, but they asked for $135 and said the dollar exchange rate was different.
