We recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel with a perfect location near Paulista Avenue. The convenience of being situated in such a bustling and vibrant area was truly unbeatable. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast spread offered by the hotel. The breakfast buffet was absolutely fantastic, with an extensive variety of options to choose from.

The rooms could benefit from a refresh. Though they were clean and well-maintained, a modern touch and some refurbishments would certainly elevate the overall experience.

Location was super. Staff were cooperative.

The electricity in Brazil is 110 Volts which i were not informed. & I had to face a lot of trouble due to this,as all my electronic items are 220 volts. & hotel did not support with any converter & I had to rush to the shop to find a voltage converter to charge my phone & laptop & due to language barrier, i had a very tough time to find a shop to buy a converter.Hotel should have this by their own to support their guest.

Good location but very basic rooms overall. Entrance lobby is pleasant and breakfast area also pleasant and bright...Breakfast is OK as in any hotel in Brazil it is about bread, bread, sugar and carbohydrates⋯⋯ Also wifi was good which is not always the case in Brazil...

Beds in bedroom are very basic and look like school dormitory but anyway this is Ok for a few night in any case...

Good location and professional staff . Clean and spacious rooms and good breakfast . Staff was very helpful and cordial !

They should have some vegetarian options also in the room menu . Water should be provided in room complimentary ( at least 2 bottles ) Internet should be secured not open as it’s a time where we have so much cyber crimes

The location of the hotel is excellent if you are planning to spend just a day or two in Sao Paulo and all you want to visit is Paulista (the vibrant avenue) and one of the largest urban park (Ibirapuera) where you can see many black swans and people watch during the weekends. Breakfast was decent. But I really loved the opportunity to prepare toast with multiple different types of cheese inside it. I really liked the melted cheese inside the toasted bread. :)

The building is relatively old and needs some face uplift. The rooms were good however the wi-fi was terrible. we could only access wi-fi in the lobby. The elevators as well as the room keys created problems multiple number of times. We only stayed one night and facing these problems multiple number of times is not a good indicator.

Good shower but small that makes the initial cold water hit you. Would love to see vegan options for breakfast, or at least vegan options (beside salad) on the hotel’s restaurant menu.

Excellent location near Avenida Paulista & a walk from the MASP (Art Museum) and restaurants & shopping. Nice breakfasts & restaurant. The staff was helpful.

The fitness center had minimal functioning amenities (2 treadmills out of 3 that worked and the cable weight equipment was all damaged.

Location near Ave Paulista, Metro, Restaurants & MASP Art Museum. Spacious, Comfy room & closet space & roomy bathroom. EXCELLENT varied Breakfast choices daily. Safe.

Ideal except for some Minor deets: fitness center minimal functional equipment. No tea or coffee maker.

The location is outstanding. At the heart of Jardins and so close to Avenida Paulista. There’s a lovely restaurant in the hotel, a bar and room service 24/7.

The rooms need updating. The AC can be a little loud. They also need to include a sheer curtain so you can have the blackout curtains open, but still with some privacy. The bathrooms need major remodeling and the towels could be better. It would’ve also been nice if the room had a coffee machine.

In other hotels near Paulista the rooms are often rather tired and shabby despite looking lovely in the photos. The rooms in the Wyndham are a bit sparse but in good condition, very well maintained and clean. Breakfast room is much nicer than in most other comparable hotels. Fried eggs available to order without extra charge. Valet car parking included in the room rate! Good location, less than 5 minutes walk to Paulista. Good air conditioning and excellent mattresses.

Breakfast buffet closes at 10am sharp Mon-Sat (and even on Carneval Monday and Tuesday!) On Sunday at 1030. You are allowed time to eat what you have rescued from the buffet before it closes, though.
